Despite the ratings given, David was a lovely gent in the end.Our room/apartment we asked for upon arrival was dirty. Streaks and grime along the walls. Mold in the washer and shower. Dust and cobwebs along the curtains and radiators. No mattress cover and a musty smell throughout the entire place. Not to mention the closet in the bedroom smelt of urine.Bad things aside, David was understanding in working with us for cancelling the rest of our 3 night stay. We only stayed the 1 and he was willing to work with us for a refund. The only downside to the host here is the lack of availability outside of his hours, which is understandable given this is work for him, but when Vrbo support had a hard time getting a hold of him; it can be frustrating. All in all, I can’t do much else here but say David is a redeemable host. I hope the next people who stay fare better than we did.
