The Noban holiday home has private access to the beach directly from the garden of the house.
The beach adjacent to the house is of fine sand ideal for long walks, the sea is very shallow this means that the water temperature is usually higher than average.
The house is located on the coast of S. Maria del Focallo (seaside resort in the municipality of Ispica, in the province of Ragusa) just 4 km from the center of the town of Pozzallo. near the house there is a small supermarket and a bar.
in detail, the villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking, seating for 6.
New and stylish furnishings, just some of the services: air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, fridge, crockery, iron and ironing board, TV, hair dryer, 2 beach chairs.

The house was amazing and the description was accurate. The host were accommodating and very responsive. The location was quiet and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood.I would definitely stay there again.

Well located property

Enjoyed our visit, ideal location for visiting beautiful towns of SE Sicily. Extremely helpful hosts. Arriving late pm on Sunday even guided us to supermarket for basics a few miles away.Responded promptly to any problems.A user guide to the property would have been extremely useful as there were no instructions,eg alarms, shutters,electrical switches/washing machine etc as communication all through WhatsApp relying on Google translate.Access to beach excellent tho photo was some years old as beach not as visible as shown due to growth of trees and bushes. Beach lovely and extensive.House shared the plot with another house, unoccupied when we were there as quiet season, and there was quite a lot of traffic noise.Overall we had a great time visiting lovely towns and coming back to relax - plenty of good outside furniture and shade, with beach to walk for miles.
