In a great location, in the center of Lisbon, in a completely refurbished building, apartments for 9 people, with high level, in order to provide maximum comfort.
They are cozy apartments with 140 m2, a beautiful old wooden floor, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, TV and WIFI and a dining room.
There are two spacious double bedrooms with large double beds. One bedroom with two single beds and a further bedroom with single bed. There are two bathrooms with shower, with soap, shampoo available.
Bed linen and towels are included.
It is possible to dine on a nice enclosed porch.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 9 person crockery, fridge, freezer, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher.
In addition, coffee, tea and sugar are available.
It is a quiet building, and does not allow animals.
Within 50 meters there are cafes, restaurants, Arroios market, supermarkets, bakery, butcher and pharmacy.
Nearby you will find a shopping area with several shops and small restaurants, garden and church.
It has two car parks 200 meters from the building with a charge of only 7 € for 24 hours.
The metro is 200 meters away with direct lines to the airport (15 minutes) and the historic center (7 minutes).

Great apartment very roomy

This place is quite roomy and accommodated us very well.. it was easy to check in and location was ok. It is a little further out of the old town but easy to get there. Good AC and amenities. Wonderful coffee and fresh croissants on the corner.

Absolutely Beautiful Spot

This place was bright, spacious & clean! Located in a great spot with lots of activity and food around within walking distance, but not noisy enough to disrupt sleep. A large open green space right down the street and better yet, subway access is super close by. So close in fact you could hear it running under the property at night. It was noticeable, but not too bad. The host was very responsive and check-in process was simple. Having someone meet you in person was different, but he was very friendly and had lots of great information on places to see and things to do. The bed in one of the rooms with a king-size was a bit too firm for me, but my husband didn't seem to mind. It was great to have two full bathrooms with 3 adults in the same space, but the way they are situated is a bit weird. The second bathroom is located through the kitchen and out in a back porch area which makes it a little odd when exiting from the shower in your towel, but it all worked out. This was a great spot that made our last few days in Lisbon quite enjoyable. They even had the option to set up transportation to the airport, which I would recommend even though it was a little pricey. If you are a more experienced traveler, you could take the subway/ Uber/Bolt/Taxi, but this was our first time and just didn't want to add any stress to a travel day. The driver was very friendly and even walked with us inside to make sure we got to the right spot before leaving us at the airport.

Perfect Hosts

Ana and Margarida are the most helpful hosts. They gave the best restaurant recommendations, helped us plan outings and even helped us play a parking ticket! The apartment is lovely, just as pictured. Its an easy uber drive to the many of the sites in Lisbon and very close to the airport. Highly recommend!
