The Space:

It's a 140 m2 charming apartment with a beautiful wood floor, with a bright living where you will find a double size sofa-bed, with a nice view from the balcony , TV and Wi-Fi. One dining room. Two large double bedrooms with super king size beds. One large room with two single beds, and another room with a single bed. One spacious bathroom and a smaller toilette with amenities available. Towels and linen are freshly washed for you.

You can also enjoy having a meal on a very nice glass veranda.

The apartment has a full equipped kitchen for 9, with fridge, freezer, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer, instant boiling water jar, washing machine.

As a treat coffee and tea are available for you to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:

I do love going to the market, "Mercado de Arroios" and buy fresh fruits, vegetables and fish, around there's several restaurants.

Walking around the Alameda and watch the Fountain works. Going through the Avenida Guerra Junqueiro, a nice and quite avenue for shopping and having an ice cream, during day or at night.

Just outside the building you will find cafes, restaurants, and a traditional marketplace, Mercado de Arroios(150 mts) where you can buy fresh vegetables, fish and meat and many restaurants around. There’s also a grocery store, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.

Nearby, a great shopping area, gardens and a church.



Getting Around:

There's the subway and buses just outside the building, at 200 meters away to take you to the Historic center in 5 minutes.

Two parking's at 200 meters away by only 10,20€/24h at Praça do Chile and for 10,50€/24h an another underground parking at Alameda with electric charge station.
