We have double-glazed balcony doors, and a second set of windows that will allow you to enjoy the city center and filter out noise. The apartment has a pleasant living area with access to balconies, a large sofa, and a dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (such as dishwasher, washer and dryer). There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double rooms with balcony access and a third double room - the studio - with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. There are a total of 2.5 bathrooms in the property, 2 complete with shower cabins and an additional small toilet.The LV Premier CH9 is equipped with high-quality bedding and towels, as well as premium bath amenities. Perfect location, very clean. The only negative I would say is that the living room was smaller that I anticipated and we had to park in a garage around the corner which was tough with luggage. However that wouldn’t stop me from staying again. It’s a great location, well stocked, clean and the host was great.

Fantastic location - everything you need

We stayed here for Tuesday - Friday and enjoyed the location. Its proximity to shopping made it convenient to return with our purchases. It rained while we were there every day so we appreciated being able to return to our apartment. One of our party needed help planning her return to the airport and the office staff went above and beyond to help make sure she understood how to meet her uber. Hope to return again!

Unbelievable Location

The apartment was just as the photos suggested, wonderful! Great layout for group travelers. The location was exceptional, walking distance to many "must see" attractions in the Chiado and Alto Barrio neighborhood. While there are no cars allowed on the street (a plus for certain), it is less just a 2 minute walk to where Taxis/Ubers can pick you up. I Will definitely be recommending this apartment to friends and family!

Excellent Location. Great Rental for Group

This is a first class rental with a great location. The host were very helpful and everything we needed was right there. The location was walking distance to restaurants, stores, museums and night life. We had an excellent time and had no issues throughout the trip. We had six people and everyone had enough room for luggage and storage. Recommend this location for anyone with a group.

Wonderful Lisbon apartment

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed. It’s also in a terrific neighborhood on a pedestrian-only street with lots of nice shopping and restaurants nearby. I am picky about these things and I loved it!

Great location

The best feature of this VRBO is location. Once you’ve checked in, the staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The online checkin process was a bit burdensome. Finally, the pictures online are a bit misleading. The spaces are smaller and a bit more tired than the pictures suggest. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

GREAT LOCATION

WAS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5. THE UNIT WAS WELL EQUIPPED AND THE STAFF RESPONSIVE WHEN THE COFFEE POT BROKE WE HAD A NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY. THE STREET DOES NOT ALLOW MOTOR VEHICLES WHICH WAS A PLUS FOR US BUT COULD BE A NEGATIVE IF YOU HAVE A LOT OF LUGGAGE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

High class city center

Our stay was short here. Next time we will stay here much longer. This location is in the heart of the city in the high class area. If you are wanting to take a tuk tuk, they come here and will take you all over. We are Harry Potter fans. This location is on the same street, just a few doors down from the location that inspired Ollivanders wand shop… JOALHARIA DO CARMO, a gloves shop. A must see. The balcony views and live music are great too.

Lisbon Gem

From the moment we booked this apartment on line - we knew our stay would be wonderful! Management communicated with us every step of the way and we absolutely loved the apartment and location. Beds and linens - super comfortable and kitchen fully equipped should you wish to stay home and dine in. We chose to eat out as so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Lots of attractions as well, just a short walk away. From cathedrals, museums - you name it! There is also a fantastic gelato shop a few doors down from the apartment which we visited most nights after dinner. Just delicious!!!! A big thank you to Tiago, Jose, Pedro and team at LV Premier for making our first trip to Lisbon so wonderful. Your kind professionalism is much appreciated. Great Location

We stayed 9 nights in this apartment and had a wonderful experience in Lisbon and surrounding areas on day trips. This apartment is easily accessible and on a pedestrian only street. There were cabs and Ubers very close by and lots of them. The rooms are small (as advertised) and there is not alot of closet space. We had two couples there and used the 3rd bedroom as storage. It was nice having the small kitchen for coffee, breakfast each day as well as a comfortable living room and alot of channels on cable TV (watched the US Open late). The property manager has an office literally right next door so it is easy to communicate if any problems. We did have a noise incident one night where a contractor came in below our unit and jackhammered from 10:30Pm- Midnight. They finally stopped at midnight and it appeared to be a one off situation by Foot Locker below. We would definitley come back!

Outstanding location. English instructions for Washer/Dryer, along with TV (multiple remotes) would be helpful. Place was clean and functioned as described. Recommend for 2 or more couples or family. Access by taxi restricted for portions of day and night.

We really enjoyed this property and we would stay again. Location was excellent! The apartment was very clean with everything listed as per website. Two small things; the third powder room only had a very unpleasant smell and there was a horrible odour in the stairwell. Once these two things get cleaned up, then this is a 5* place. For a larger family (we were 5 adults) the living space is very small. A bit disappointing after a long day of being a tourist. Overall, we would recommend! We are from Toronto. Thanks LV Premier.

AMAZING Property

The location is amazing - European charm and vibrant atmosphere collide. Did check in online, everything was sent via email and communicated timely. Super clean, beds where crispy and comfy, laundry services located in apartment was a nice feature, adequate towels. Can’t say enough about this place.We visited with our 4 kids aged 5-14, everyone loved the property; STRONGLY RECOMMEND. I am not compensated for this review; these are my opinions.
