The condo is located across from the Waikiki Marina on the 12th floor. This a great location within walking distance to nearly everything – the beach (2 choices – Ala Moana Beach and the famous Waikiki Beach), Ala Moana Mall which features shopping, a grocery store and pharmacy. Great dining areas ranging from fast food to romantic restaurants are at your fingertips.

It is located in a secure building and includes parking and has a coin laundry located in the lobby area. The bus line is right on Ala Moana Blvd and can take you anywhere you want including Waikiki in case you don’t feel like walking.

Hawaiian style floors are hardwood bamboo floors, tiled bathroom and carpeted bedroom.
