Convenient location for a great price! The host was very kind and accommodating and we liked having beach towels and accessories (and aloe) available for our stay, as well as a parking spot. The space is not large, but it was exactly what we needed and having the communal laundry right around the corner was convenient.

We loved this apartment! It was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities and supplies we weren’t anticipating including beach stuff. The host was very responsive and kind. I would definitely book here again!

Condo was great! Need to replace the missing window in the kitchen. Parking was awesome. Pool was very cold. Loved all the amenities in the residence. Site manager was fantastic! Appreciated the evening and night security person. Communication with owner was fast and accurate. She really cared. Loved the balcony and all the views. Close to everything.

My first time in Hawaii

Very cozy and met the needs of two people staying there. Everything we needed was provided! Beds were very comfortable! It was very quiet except for the wind that rattled the sliding door.

Very central location

This property was nicely appointed and the location was very convenient to most everything in Waikiki. Having onsite parking is very valuable in this area. We were very pleased with this stay.

Great walkable location. Walked to Friday fireworks, Waikiki beach, stores, food and shopping. Having access to assigned parking was convenient also as parking in the area appeared to be very limited. Really enjoyed the units air conditioning. Property had plenty of "extra" items around (ie. coffee, shampoo, lotion, etc) in case you ran out or forgot something. Definitely appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrellas, extra beach towels and camp chairs that were available for our use. Also, this unit was very close to an available washer/dryer. It was an end unit so there was not unknown foot traffic coming past our door and no next-door neighbors. You could see the ocean from the front door, and we had a great view of the canal from our balcony & living room. Balcony had table & chairs also. Excellent communication with the managers of this specific unit.

Great stay in Waikiki

Had a wonderful trip to Waikiki and stay in this space. It was easy to access (though the key was mislabeled which caused some confusion). It had everything we needed and appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Recommend if you're looking for a cute place to stay. The parking space was so helpful!!!

Lovely unit good location!!

The condo unit is lovely, bedding and linens were clean and plentiful, beds were comfy so were the pillows they provided extra beach towels and beach toys, location is good just remember you are in the City and it’s going to be noisy, the food trucks across the street are awesome and the location is the perfect starting point for any adventures or close enough to just walk down to the beach or any number of places to eat including a market with ready to eat deli.I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a good deal.

Nice stay

The location is just a few blocks to the beach where there are many shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and Diana and Monica (property managers) were very helpful. The view of the canal from the balcony was really pretty and we enjoyed drinking coffee there in the morning. The only issue was that one of the two elevators in the building was out of order the entire time that we were there. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little place

It’s a perfect little place to make your Homebase. It located right off of the Waikiki shopping and hotels. Easy walk to the beach and park. Nothing fancy. Very comfortable and clean. There are beach chairs and boards on the lanai. Kitchen is fully stocked just bring your groceries. There is a small cooler too. We really enjoyed watching the paddlers on the canal and walking to some great restaurants. It was a great stay!

Wonderful Condo/ Awsome Views

This condo is in a great location; walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Nicely furnished with beach gear and fully equiped kitchen. AC and ceiling fans in every room. The lanai has beautiful views of the city, mountains, and the canal. This condo comes with assigned parking, which is a real benefit, as parking is hard to find and is very expensive in Waikiki. Monica is a wonderful host, was very quick to answer all my questions. Will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable - Great Location

We have stayed at this condo many times (before covid), the whole process is seamless, the onsite personnel was very friendly, she checked in with us a couple of times to ensure we were satisfied. Its a great location, away from the main strip, having onsite parking a definite plus. The condo is well maintained, having air con in each room was great, although some nights you could open the side door for fresh breeze, it's clean (and easy to keep clean). My only suggestion would be to replace the couch, its quite old and there is no support at all so you sink right into it. 100% would come back

Fun and comfortable

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach view from front door and canal view from lanai. Bed mattresses are perfect, no sagging at all. Owner provides full beach items for snorkeling and picnic. TVs screen is big and smart! Air conditioner is in each room. Even have a rice cooker. Our kids walked to the Hawaiian Royal Garden shopping mall in 17 mins. Parking is a little tricky but everyone manages to get into their own spot so no problem at all. Will come back next time in Honolulu.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The unit was very clean. We loved sitting in the porch every morning and evening. The views are breathtaking. The layout of the unit is really nice too. Two adults and 3 teen girls and we had plenty of space. The only thing that was a little bit of a hiccup was the check in process. But once we got past that we had nothing but great things to say. It has its own assigned parking space which was convenient. Laundry is just next to the unit, the best way to pay for it is to download the app, trying to swipe a credit card each time was a pain. I highly recommend staying here. I would stay here again in a minute.

Lovely condo with a great location

This was my first stay in Hawaii. I was very pleased with the condo unit. It had everything we needed. The views were as shown, ocean from one direction, canal from the other. Both beautiful, in my opinion. I got answers to my questions and concerns about the rental process or what to do in particular situations in a very timely manner. It was in excellent condition on the interior. The beds were comfortable. There was a fair amount of traffic noise, However, the individual AC units helped mask it creating white noise for sleeping. We were really glad to have parking on the premises. And, we both liked having a convenience store nearby.The downside to this stay is more in the facility itself. Older building. Only one of the two elevators worked, resulting in lines during the busiest parts of each day. There was seldom staff found at the lobby desk. Not necessary, perhaps, but would have come in handy on more than one occasion. Personally, have not stayed in a place where the door to the pool area locks you in there, can't get back into lobby without your key fob. And, the lobby bathroom had a combination that I had to wait for days to get--once someone was at the front desk. That would have been very handy to have as well, especially when the lines for the elevator were long. Overall, I would recommend this VRBO unit. The things that were lovely and convenient outweigh the inconveniences, and lack of amenities one might usually take for granted.

Pros: very comfortable, cozy and home-away-from-home-like feel, well stocked and clean, great TV and WiFi. Nice location and great view from the balcony. Cons: AC reliant on loud window units, only one elevator working during visit made for long waits, onboard/entry process a little confusing and stressful. I recommend a fully detailed map/document/photos to make everything clearer

Parking was secure, but not super easy to park. A/C in main area was ok a fan of some sort would help circulate the cooler air. View was exactly as described. The host was very responsive. The only real downfall was there was only 1 working elevator and it was super slow.
