Clean and comfortable rooms, well stocked kitchen, 4 fridge and 2 laundry areas! Has a great pool and hot tub, plenty of gathering spaces large and small for our crowd. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

10/10 vacation home! We had 16 adults and 2 babies stay here for a week and there was more than enough room for everyone. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach and a huge pool. The beach wasn't overcrowded so you didn't have to get there super early to get a good spot. The house is also very secluded and the neighborhood is quiet which was nice. Mike and Carol were great hosts and very responsive throughout the whole trip. Would definitely recommend!

Mike and Carol are top notch hosts. Outstanding communication and help. We loved the way the house was close to beach(5-10 minutes) but is secluded in the trees offering privacy in pool area. The pool is a fantastic swim/play area. The way the house is set up our families were able to find their own bedroom spaces to keep their routines. The upstairs has one long island with stool seating and two complete kitchens. The space also has a long eating table for 20ish and in our case games. There are two tv seating areas in that great area too. There are tvs in the game/ gathering areas on the second and bottom floors as well. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and think it’s a great beach place especially for families.

Fantastic rental for multiple groups coming together

Great place to stay and the owners are super easy to work with. This home provides everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool was amazing and private. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group of 22 had a wonderful week at this home! Mike and Carol were exceptional hosts and were quick to respond to my many questions! The large kitchen is the heart of this home and was a perfect gathering spot for our large group! Thank you for an amazing home to host our family vacation!

Stay in Corolla

Loved the house, and having separate rooms and bathrooms for each family. It is big enough that you can spread out and have some privacy, but also great gathering places as well. The pool was a favorite!!

The Great Room was designed with the idea that when you have a dinner party everyone ends up in the kitchen.....And there is never enough room. We put the kitchen right in the middle of the great room and there is plenty of room for everyone. Prepping for dinner, preparing Dinner, eating dinner, and even cleanup all become social events! Heating the Pool is an amazing way to make those stays in the Spring and Fall a lot better. More and more people are taking advantage of that feature and we are getting very positive feedback. Fantastic Beach Escape

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is enormous and well-equipped, there is a pool + hot tub, and convenience access to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

We stayed here with a crew of our friends and their kids, and we all had a great time! The owners really care about their property and made sure we had a good experience. We basically lived in the pool and hot tub when we weren't at the beach, and the kitchen was perfect for spending time together. I can't recommend this house enough!
