Amazing property, healthy but close walk to town, the beaches and restaurants. We hiked Rita Vicentina from here in both directions. Charming village. Spacious clean home, great kitchen, all the essentials for a beach house and family, clothes line and courtyard and sweet back patio private and filled with flowers even off season. Owner a great communicator and always available

Beautiful spacious house, perfect for families

We, a family with three kids, really enjoyed our stay in Henriques house. It´s spacious, clean and well equipped in a nice neighbourhood. Henrique reacted quickly to our requests, and had some very nice welcome presents for us. Thank you, Henrique!

Like renting a little castle

It's a very silent place, with a warm welcoming garden. The architecture of the house is really interesting. You've got an atrium in the middle of the house - meaning: You look straight from the kitchen to the wohle house at the other end to the garden. So there is quite enough light in the house. Equipment in the house was very good. And whenever a question arises Mr. Duarte is there for you on whatsapp or signal. It's the perfect place for families or friends. A very good place to be if you want to spend some days in Salema.

Tolle Lage, sauber, groß, alles da was man brauchen könnte.

We are so sorry you had complaints about the furniture, it is a simple house with no more furniture than it appears on the photos - although we are trying to better the house, for now, the prices and photos truly reflect what the house will be. There was a Nespresso coffee machine and now, thanks to your suggestion, there is another machine for filtered coffee in addition to the Nespresso one, that I’m very glad you enjoyed. We are also working and trying to understand what happened with the pipes. There was a plastic chair in the kitchen that was broken and now is replaced. We saved all your suggestions and will work hard to better the house more and more! We do hope we can see you again for the next summer! - we will contact you through private message to see if you would like a discount for your next vacation”
