Very convenient location near many attractions and an easy walk to the City via Miillenium Bridge.
The flat itself is a bit spare, but completely adequate- we stayed about a month.
This suite was in a fantastic location with easy access to tube, bus, hop on/hop off stops and easily walkable from any number of top sightseeing locations. Being contacted several times prior to our arrival to pick a time for staff to meet us at the building to let us in wasn’t very convenient, we’ve always been able to enter other VRBOs anytime after check in time. The suite itself was okay but in rough shape with sparse amenities available to make proper use of the kitchen. Foldout bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, most of the interior doors didn’t latch, floors were spongy from previous water damage. During our first day out touring, Rashima contacted us saying there was a leak coming from our main bath and asking permission to enter, then later asked us not to use the bath/shower. We were offered a different suite but felt it was easier to share the ensuite (2 adults, 3 teenagers) than spend time moving all our things. The second day, we were contacted again while out touring asking if they could return to fix the bath. Both times, Rashima assured us staff would be present in our absence. The original listing advertised a balcony suite but from what we can see, there are no balconies in this building. Rashima was polite and accessible throughout our stay and said she would ask her manager when we inquired about a discount but we never heard back. We loved the location and will definitely return to London but would not book here a second time.

Not as it seems-steer clear
Was very unhappy. Would have changed to Hotel if I could get a refund. Owners don’t seem to care about actual state of apartment. We stay at apartments instead of hotels so we can not eat out every meal. Not the case here. 1 pot and a small frying pan (not that I would have used them..scraped and scratched). One large spoon that was burnt and melted mostly. Toaster didn’t work.
Yes there was a washer/dryer, but when we went to use it for dryer only, the sink gurgled and then made whole place smell like a sewer.
One bathroom has a floor that feels like it could collapse in at any point. Neither shower had a full shower curtain, leaving half the shower open
Floors were gross. Had to keep my shoes on
Neither bathroom clean on arrival. Hair in shower, etc
Beds didn’t have mattress cover. Sheets very thin. Beds hard. Linen so thin you could see through them. Plus they were stained
Didn’t get address until after booking, but know that rubbish seems to always be piled up in front of this place. So gross
I could go on, but you should get the idea.
This is NOT worth 1/10th of what we payed
