Seafront Villa Petra is 5 bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms, gym, sauna, heated and private swimming pool 5mx6m . It is located in very quiet, natural and unspoiled environment next to Brzet beach, 1,5 km from Omiš together with an identical Villa Ivan, which is positioned behind and above from Villa Petra so both villas have an open view of the coast and sea.

Villa PETRA is fully airconditioned and furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from every room.

Luxurious and modern Villa Petra is located in very quiet, natural and unspoiled environment next to Brzet beach, 1,5 km from Omiš together with an identical Villa Ivan, which is positioned behind and above from Villa Petra so both villas (which are the only ones in this area) have an open view of the coast and sea.

Villa Petra is furnished with high quality and offers all you would need for very comfortable and luxurious vacation with amazing sea views from every room.

Villa Petra offers 4 king-size (180 cm x 200 cm) bedrooms, each with TV, en-suite bathroom with bath tub and shower, free WiFi and each with sea views. One of the bedrooms have spacious terrace with lounge furniture to enjoy sea views. At lower ground floor there is a gym with TV, sauna, bathroom with shower, fifth smaller bedroom with sofa bed 140 cm x 200 cm and TV. Ground floor offers living and dining area with fire place, fully equipped kitchen, glass walls on south side and amazing, opened sea views, exit toward pool area, outdoor dining area and toward children's playground with a small playhouse and a slide.

Outdoor area offers 30 square meters heated pool, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, a covered, outdoor dining area equipped with speakers, outdoor barbecue, toilet and shower.

One boat tour to island Brac, a half-day tour is included in the price. The boat is ZAR 75 and the skipper is the owner of the property.
Also, there are 5 bikes that guests can use during their stay.

Amazing Holiday

The villa is as stunning as the photos. It was spotless upon arrival. Set in idyllic surroundings. You have the luxury of a pool with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains and Brac Island. You are a minutes walk to the beach where the waters are crystal clear. My family enjoyed snorkelling and diving in the sea. This little strip of beach is also enjoyed by the locals (but only a handful) as they keep their little boats there. It is just beautiful. We had no need to hire a car as the mini market and the Old Town of Omis (which is so pretty and full of history) are all within walking distance. It is about a 30 minute walk into the Old Town but a pretty walk along the beach path. There is a huge variety of restaurants in the Old Town. The staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. There are also beach cafe bars and a few other restaurants between the villa and the Old Town so you don’t need to walk into the Old Town every night. The villa has an excellent BBQ area and the view from the outdoor eating area is lovely looking out to sea. The hosts were perfect and any questions were answered within minutes. It is one of the best holidays we have ever been on. The boys all went rafting which they said was one of the best experiences ever. Our host arranged all that for us and even sorted out the boys being collected from the villa by the rafting company and dropping them back. We would not hesitate in visiting again. 100% recommend.

Everything you would want in a villa, plus a stunning location a 30 minute walk into Omis. So much to see and do in the area. Our host Ante was really helpful, we spent a great day out on his boat visiting hidden coves on Brac. Would definitely recommend!
