Beautiful house with private pool, located in the pleasant and quiet urbanization of Mas Pere. Enjoy a fantastic holidays in this sunny house with a magnificent pool area and in its terrace where you can spend pleasant moments enjoying the beautiful views of the valley and the sea. Located on a plot of 700 m2, the house has 110 m2 distributed over two floors.
The main house is accessed through the first floor. Here we find the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. From this level there is access to a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views.
From the outside of the house we access to the lower level where we find a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On this same level we find the pool area.
The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals, historical culture, lots of traditions and much more!
The town of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni has been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.

The villa only has air conditioning in the living room and lower floor .

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
