This spectacular villa will provide you with the most relaxing vacation you've ever experienced. Its peaceful surroundings will allow you to enjoy some fun moments with your family and friends.

The villa features five bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters and a sofa, one with a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 meters on the upper floor, one with two single beds measuring 1.05 x 2 meters, and another with two single beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters. Additionally, the house has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a shower. The living room is equipped with a fireplace and comfortable sofas. In the large independent kitchen, you will find a dining table and a fireplace, along with all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.

The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating, while the first floor has electric radiators. The bedrooms, living room, and kitchen have ducted air conditioning, while the upper floor and dining area are equipped with split air devices.

The outdoor area is simply stunning. In fact, here you'll find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, pergolas with outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen with a portable barbecue and grill, an independent toilet, and private parking. As if that weren't enough, the garden hosts palm trees and colorful flowers to make your stay even more pleasant.

The use of the heated pool from April 1 to October 31 is included in the price. In March and November, the heated pool will be available at an extra cost. In December, January, and February, the pool is not available.

For the enjoyment of the whole family, the owner has added a ping pong table, a basketball hoop, a pool table, a foosball table, and for the little ones, a slide and a swing.

This house features photovoltaic energy to reduce the environmental impact on nature.

Fantastic home in quiet area

We had a wonderful time. There is lots of different entertainment for the kids. Fantastic pool area with seperate kitchen and restroom. Perfect to spend the evening under the stars. The town close by has excellent restaurants. We will definitely go back.

The villa is the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and was immaculate, from the convenience to the decor to the security to the cleanliness to the facilities to the gardens to the privacy to the tranquility it was ten out of ten. Sometimes a property does not live up to the photographs or to the price tag but this property exceeds expectations on all counts. A definite recommendation.

It was a beautiful property. Actually, even more beautiful than the photos. Plenty of space to sit outside. Several spots, by the pool, which was also very beautiful, and on the veranda of the cottage. Breakfast every morning on the veranda. Plenty of supplies in the kitchen. 3 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms. And outside, a play area with basketball, table tennis, and a foosball table. Quiet surroundings, except for a few barking dogs. It's located just outside the town of Alhaurin el Grande, where you can also do your grocery shopping. A car is recommended for groceries and day trips. We were a group of 7 adults and had a wonderful time. It was perfect for us!

We had a lovely stay at Cristobal's house. We went in February but having the heated pool meant we could be outside and in the pool the whole week. We had 20 Degree weather which felt like more as the house in in a beautiful valley and retains heat! We paid extra to have the pool heated early so it would be warm when we got there. Cristobal thought of everything with this beautiful home - he even had speakers all set up at the pool area. We cooked, had a BBQ and drove the 5 minutes into down for dinner a few nights. A wonderful trip!

Wir durften einen traumhaften Urlaub erleben. Das Haus war perfekt eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir verbrachten viele schöne Stunden im top ausgestatteten und sehr gepflegtem Poolbereich. Auch der Spielbereich liess keine Wünsche offen: Billardtisch, Töggelikasten, Tischtennisplatte, Trampolin, Schaukel und Basketball sorgten für sehr gute Unterhaltung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen Stunden in dieser wunderschönen Finca.

Finca el Platero ist ein sehr gemütliches rustikales Landhaus auf dem Land. Sehr gemütlich mit schönem Garten und gemütlichem Poolbereich. Es gibt einen schönen Bereich für Spielaktivitäten, sowohl für Kinder als auch für Erwachsene. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen könnten. Kleinere Ausflüge zu anderen Orten sind problemlos möglich. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in Alhaurin el Grande, das etwa 3 km vom Haus entfernt liegt. Supermercadona in Alhaurin el Grande ist ein gut sortierter Lebensmittelladen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten dort und alles hat perfekt funktioniert.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr vollständig, es fehlt an nichts. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und ländlichen Gegend und dennoch nah an allen Annehmlichkeiten. Der beheizte Pool ist wirklich toll! Und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Spielen auf dem Spielplatz. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurz gesagt, sehr zu empfehlen!

Es ist eine geräumige Villa, in der Sie problemlos mit 10 Personen übernachten können, ohne übereinander sitzen zu müssen. Wir alle haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen und können Ihnen nur wärmstens empfehlen, Ihren Urlaub hier zu buchen. Cristobel ist der perfekte Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Finca/Villa ist einfach wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall 10/10 empfehlen, für Familien und Gruppen von Freunden.

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche, alles entspricht den Fotos, sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Schaufeln und Eimer, um für die Kinder an den Strand zu gehen, große Handtücher für den Pool, eine riesige Paella-Schale, den Grill und die Plancha oben ! Automatisches Tor, der Poolbereich und der Spielbereich sind ebenfalls top! Unter der Markise können Sie 2 Autos parken. Alles ist wirklich gut durchdacht und perfekt. Vielen Dank, Cristobal, dass wir all diese Einrichtungen genießen durften!
