There’s a master bedroom on the first floor, with a double bed and an en-suite with shower. From its private terrace, where a chill-out area is located, you’ll be given the opportunity of revelling in the gorgeous sea views and the sight of the nearby hills. The ground floor welcomes two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, another bathroom with shower and a cosy living area. The latter is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a brick fireplace, which warms up the whole ambience. The completely equipped open kitchen completes the distribution of the villa.

Three radiators provide heating in the bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with warm/cool air-con; the other two bedrooms feature ceiling fans with remote control.

However, it is on the outside that this villa outshines itself. A large porch welcomes a dining area and a covered barbeque, while a tiled, low wall separates it from the terrace where the private pool is located.
