This spectacular holiday home guarantees a relaxing holiday for up to six people who will enjoy the facilities and amenities of the house. The services provided ensure you and your family will make the most of your stay, both inside and outside the villa, as well as on the spectacular beaches of the coast of Nerja.

The house's decor mixes the rustic touches with modern appliances and furniture: you will have several rooms at your disposal, all with double-height ceilings and painted in bright colours. The living space is divided into three separate areas: the dining room, which corresponds to the entrance hall, features a dining table; in the lounge room, you are provided with comfortable sofas, a TV and a stove; in the fully equipped kitchen, all kitchenware and appliances are provided to ensure the most comfortable stay.

The house's three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds for the whole family to rejoice in some well-deserved nights of sleep. The master bedroom relies on a double bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower is also available inside the house.

Outside, you will find a splendid garden, where you can spend your free time with your family, under the warm sunshine. In the backyard, you will also find a fenced area, where the lovely private pool and useful sun loungers are located. The backyard also welcomes a table for "al fresco" dining and a BBQ area, as well as a fabulous outdoor bathroom with a shower and a standalone bathtub.

Last, but not least, discover the rooftop terrace that is accessible via a backyard staircase. Here, you will find the most wonderful chill-out area you could imagine; the shaded part lets you enjoy the breeze, whereas the sun loungers are the perfect spot for sunbathing. Moreover, the fabulous views of Nerja on one side and the Mediterranean Sea in front of you will help you unwind in the most incredible setting.

Heerlijk

Heerlijk kunnen genieten van de mooie ligging, het fijne en schone zwembad, de superfijne buitenbadkamer, van de goede bedden, van de netjes onderhouden tuin rondom het huis, van het veilig kunnen parkeren van de auto op het terrein, van de privacy, van de centrale ligging. Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt, sie hatte eine wunderschöne Umgebung und war komplett eingezäunt, sodass wir uns mit den Kindern sehr sicher und zuversichtlich fühlten. Den ganzen Tag über gab es gelegentliches Bellen benachbarter Hunde, das jedoch nicht konstant war und für uns kein Problem darstellte. Wir haben Autos gemietet, was zu empfehlen ist, was uns die Freiheit gab, lokale Orte zu besuchen und zu besuchen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wieder zu buchen und eine wundervolle, erholsame Woche zu verbringen.

Schönes und geräumiges Haus nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und der Stadt entfernt. Sie brauchen ein Auto, aber 45 Minuten zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt. Mangel an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Tag und Nacht gestört durch das Bellen umstehender Hunde. Es tut weh, weil es sonst sehr schön ruhig ist.

Eines der schönsten Häuser, in denen wir je übernachtet haben, vor allem der Außenbereich ist wunderschön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur etwa 5 Minuten nach Nerja oder Frigliana und zum nächsten Autobahnkreuz. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist asphaltiert, aber schmal und nicht in gutem Zustand, aber wenn man vorsichtig ist, gewöhnt man sich schnell daran. Der Pool ist schön (wir sind nicht mit kleinen Kindern gereist), aber beachten Sie, dass der Zugang über eine Leiter erfolgt und es kein flaches Ende gibt und der Zugang zur Dachterrasse nicht umzäunt ist, wenn Sie kleine Kinder haben. Wir würden gerne wieder hier übernachten. Das Anwesen ist sehr sicher hinter einem elektrischen Tor und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen Villenurlaub benötigen.
