Villa La Alberca Frigiliana by Ruralidays

Holiday home between Nerja and Frigiliana, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The rustic style of this private villa in the hills of Frigiliana will envelop you and your sweetheart to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. The various corners of the outdoor area allow up to four people to take advantage of the fabulous weather. And inside, you will find fabulous rustic decoration that, together with today's comforts, ensures the most relaxing holiday.

The house consists of a ground floor with two different levels and an attic with a sloping roof, in which there are two single beds and a comfortable teleworking area. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a living room with high ceilings, in which there are a stove and a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house, which also has a hot/cold air conditioning unit.

The two terraces, which are accessible from the ground floor, connect the small private golf course with the magnificent swimming pool, as well as providing charming corners where you can enjoy the privacy provided in the house. The terrace accessible from the living room hosts an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy delicious meals accompanied by wonderful views of the hills. On sunnier days, you can even see the white houses that make up Frigiliana, just 7 km from the house. The second terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen, also has a dining area. Right next to it, a barbecue and an oven allow you to prepare delicious delicacies. And, even better, from here you can reach the fabulous private pool and the sun loungers where you can sunbathe and, at the same time, enjoy the view.

Access to the house is possible via a 280-metre dirt track.

Lovely house, very good equipped with everything you need also for a longer stay. Nice garden, great view, great pool. Inside and outside everything is lovely decorated. And Fernando is the perfect host. Supermarkets and restaurants are a bit away, and the road to the house is partly small and partly a bit steep, but no problem to drive. Frigiliana is a lovely city with several restaurants, kids playground and a supermarket. In Nerja are big supermarkets and beaches. We absolutely enjoyed it and hope to come back soon.

WOW!

Absolutely beautiful home in the mountains! We had a family of four and had plenty of space. The home interior and exterior are beautiful and pictures don't do it justice. It was April and while the pool was open it was very cold given the time of year, but kids still jumped in. The owner provided some bread, meats, cheese, water and beer. Be prepared for a 15 minute drive from town and bring your own food prior to arriving. Coordinating arrival was a bit tricky but we did arrive on a holiday weekend.

Very peaceful

Owner met us in Frigiliana as arranged and allowed us into the property 2 hours early, which was welcome. Lovely rustic property with beautiful, clean pool. Facilities were fine and air-con worked well. The bedroom is up in the eaves of the villa with a sloping roof, so if you are tall, like me, be prepared to keep ducking to avoid the exposed beams. Also, the stairs are a little tricky to negotiate as quite steep. The bed was ok but not great especially as the fitted sheets did not stay fitted in the night. Would recommend that a file listing recommended places to eat and see be made available with any important emergency numbers included. TV only seemed to access German, Spanish or French channels and the wi-fi wasn't powerful enough to use so relied on 4/5G. Be prepared to access the property via a pretty rough and narrow road (about a kilometre long), so hire care needs reasonable wheel clearance. Beautiful views and overall would recommend.

Wir wurden herzlich von Fernando empfangen, der sich die Zeit nahm, uns das Haus zu zeigen, die Umgebung zu erklären und uns zu zeigen, wie man Frigiliana am besten besichtigt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, typisch, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich: zwei Terrassen, ein herrlicher Pool und vor allem eine unglaubliche Aussicht – eine echte Abwechslung. Diese Woche war perfekt, wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Aussicht von dieser Villa gehört zu den schönsten, die wir je gesehen haben. Von der erhöhten Terrasse am Pool aus kann man das Meer und Frigliana so weit das Auge reicht bewundern. Der Pool ist tagsüber makellos sauber und warm, und die Liegestühle laden zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben es geliebt, abends draußen zu sitzen, aber Vorsicht, die Mücken sind besonders gefräßig. Das untere Bett ist sehr bequem, und wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Betten im Obergeschoss waren etwas weniger bequem; unser Sohn schlief schließlich zwei Wochen lang auf dem Sofa. Die Treppe zum Zwischengeschoss ist sehr steil und hat oben einen kleinen Vorsprung. Wir haben uns alle den Kopf an den Abblendlichtern gestoßen, also Vorsicht! Ich bin überrascht, dass sie kein Auto mit hoher Bodenfreiheit für die Zufahrt zur Villa empfehlen (was sie für frühere Villen empfohlen haben). Die Schlaglöcher sind beeindruckend, und das Haus ist sehr steil und schmal, also fahren Sie langsam. Es liegt zwischen zwei Villen, und obwohl wir die Familie nebenan hören konnten, fühlte es sich sehr privat an. Der Grill sah toll aus, wir haben ihn aber nur einmal benutzt, da er wegen Brandgefahr verboten war (uns wurde gesagt, wir könnten eine kleine Flamme anzünden, aber wir hatten große Angst!). Er war jedoch gut ausgestattet. Fernando war immer für unsere Fragen erreichbar und kam oft vorbei, um den Garten zu gießen und den Pool zu reinigen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Gärten sind wirklich wunderschön und sehr gepflegt.

Wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Tolles Ferienhaus, grandiose Aussicht, klasse Pool und mit Fernando ein Vermieter, der keine Wünsche offen lässt! Das einzige was wirklich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, ist die Anfahrt. Ein SUV sollte es schon sein. Aber alles absolut machbar. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und die Lage sehr ruhig. Auch von den Nachbarn hört und sieht man nichts. Manchmal hat man mal in der Ferne Hunde bellen gehört, das wars dann aber auch schon. Die Außenanlage ist einfach wunderschön und mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt. Wir hatten sogar das Glück, dass eine Avocado von einem der vielen Avocadobäumen fiel die dort stehen und 3 Tage später reif und gegessen werden konnte. Im Haus selbst hat uns nichts gefehlt, es war gut ausgestattet. Der Weg zum Haus, zumindest die letzten 2 km sind ein wenig abenteuerlich, da die Straße nicht wirklich ausgebaut und sehr holprig ist, man ist so mit 10-20 km/h unterwegs. Man muss eben beachten, dass man für die 10 km nach Frigiliana ca. 20 Minuten braucht. Unser Tipp, nehmt auf keinen Fall den kürzeren 7 km Weg, den Google anzeigt, der Weg ist schlimmer... :) die besten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hatte man jedoch in Nerja. Zum Entspannen ist dieses Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wenn man viel Unternehmen möchte, muss man eben mit paar Minuten mehr rechnen, die man unterwegs ist :)

Es war ein absolut erholsamer Urlaub in toller Umgebung. Sowohl vom Haus her, als auch landschaftlich. Die 1,5 km unasphaltierte "Straße " zum Haus war schon speziell, wenn man jeden Tag unterwegs ist, aber es lohnt sich für die Ruhe, die man am Haus genießen kann.

Das Ferienhaus ist authentisch, aber komplett ausgestattet. Wir fanden die Hütte sehr sauber vor. Vor allem der Garten – inklusive Schwimmbad und Grill – war sehr schön und in Verbindung mit dem warmen Wetter sehr angenehm. Das Ferienhaus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Frigiliana und die umliegenden Berge. Aufgrund der Lage des Hauses kommen selten Autos/Menschen vorbei. Wunderbare Ruhe. Wir reisten mit einem 11 Monate alten Baby und diese Unterkunft war dafür sehr gut geeignet. Bedenken Sie, dass der Supermarkt 20 Autominuten entfernt ist (der erste Teil davon ist etwas steiler und unbefestigt). Der Besitzer (Fernando) war sehr freundlich, investiert viel Energie in den schönen Garten und hatte gute Tipps, wo man in der Gegend zu Mittag oder zu Abend essen kann. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen super Urlaub.

Perfect in every way! Close to the beautiful town of Frigilana, yet in a peaceful location with stunning views The pool was divine - with it's lovely green tiles it was like swimming in a lake. The gardens are so pretty. The house is so pretty and traditional. Bed was so comfortable Everything was so well kept and pristinely clean. Would highly recommend.
