The house had everything we needed and was comfortable with nice furniture and a hot powerful shower. Not a pretty location but parking was convenient. It was a good base for us. However the front bedroom was quite noisy with traffic noise as the window didn't close properly. When we arrived we felt the downstairs smelt of dogs. We booked the property as it was dog friendly and we had ours with us but the rugs need a bit of attention to get rid of the smell, dog hair and an unknown stain. We had a neighbour knock on the door a few times asking for our help with various issues in their property.

Thank you Charlotte. May I ask the nature of the enquires from next door please, was it the disabled lady?
Regarding the smell and dog hairs, I apologise and will follow this up. Concerns me since the property was spring cleaned by a professional cleaning company prior to your arrival. This is something we do 3 times a year in addition to the regular clean between visits. Are you referring to the lounge rug?
Next
We have reviewed the situation.
The window you refer to is locked with a key and we find it has been forced open, this certainly happened during your visit.
The rug in the dining room has been heavily soiled again during your visit. Today we engaged a carpet cleaning company to sort out the problem. In his opinion he was cleaning urine and faeces stains. As we know absolutely that the carpets had been cleaned before your visit, we are therefore certain the mess was caused during your visit.
Our changeover staff have reported back saying the smell when they opened the door to the property was intense. They discovered an unsealed carrier bag full of used baby nappies that was causing the problem.
I should be sending you a bill for all of this but realise it would be a pointless exercise.

The apartment location was on an extremely busy road and backing out of the parking space was hard.
The apt was centrally located. Conveniences were within walking distance. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. It's two story which some how I overlooked. All in all we enjoyed it.
Great base for visiting the beaches and surrounding area.
A comfortable spacious house. Not the best Outlook but a charming private outside area at the back which is a little suntrap. Ian is very approachable. Walking distance to pub, shops and takeaway.
