Concerns me since the property was spring cleaned by a professional cleaning company prior to your arrival. This is something we do 3 times a year in addition to the regular clean between visits. Are you referring to the lounge rug? Next We have reviewed the situation. The window you refer to is locked with a key and we find it has been forced open, this certainly happened during your visit. The rug in the dining room has been heavily soiled again during your visit. Today we engaged a carpet cleaning company to sort out the problem. In his opinion he was cleaning urine and faeces stains. As we know absolutely that the carpets had been cleaned before your visit, we are therefore certain the mess was caused during your visit. Our changeover staff have reported back saying the smell when they opened the door to the property was intense. They discovered an unsealed carrier bag full of used baby nappies that was causing the problem. I should be sending you a bill for all of this but realise it would be a pointless exercise. Ian
