With a capacity for up to 8 people, this unique property, divided into two floors, offers a unique stay just a step from the beach, in a residential setting. Completely renovated, it has a private porch with access to a communal garden and a terrace on the upper floor.

It features a spacious living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a clothesline, 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, another double and the fourth with a trundle bed and two bathrooms and a toilet.

It also has two parking spaces in the same house.

Amazing location, quiet neighborhood

This stay was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and hikes up the hills. 10-minute walk to Old Town markets. Come with your own beach gear or be ready to rent/buy from places along the beach.

Great stay in Zarautz!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aresti! It was the perfect base to begin our month long exploration of Spain. Lots of space for a family (or 2). Perfect location for beach access and it was nice to have outdoor space as well. One of the only non-apartment stays we saw in the whole City, which is what we were after. Shots were very helpful and very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back again!
