This spacious, pet friendly vacation rental features direct beach access, two private balconies, a heated oceanfront pool, fast WiFi, smart TVs, and covered parking. Steps from Sunglow Pier, restaurants, and local attractions, this condo sleeps 8 with a king, queen, two twins, and a sleeper sofa—ideal for families, couples, and long term stays.

Sea Fern Condominium is a large ocean-view, pet-friendly 1475 SF unit has been completely upgraded with new kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, and tile. Sea Fern is right on the ocean. Call for more info 949/842/2849. Relax and unwind at our fabulous heated oceanfront swimming pool. High-speed WIFI and cable included. Two large balconies - one oceanview. Covered reserved parking and one guest parking pass available on a first-come basis. Flat screen smart TVs throughout.

11 miles to Daytona International Speedway and Daytona Beach International Airport, Minutes to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, three blocks to the famous Sunglow Fishing Pier featuring Crabby Joe's Restaurant where you can dine on fresh seafood harvested daily. Within an hour's drive of some of the state's top attractions - Historic St. Augustine, Kennedy Space Center and Theme Park, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, to mention a few.

There is a king-size bed in the Master bedroom, a Queen-Size Bed in the guest bedroom, and two Twin beds in the guest bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa bed couch should you need extra room.

Cathy was an excellent host. She was very responsive and friendly. The condo was spotless and well equipped with multiple balconies and a great layout. Our return trip home was delayed, so the washer and dryer were life savers.

Right on the beach - perfect for our family

Very affordable and a perfect location for our family. We went to the beach daily, made our own lunches and dinners daily and loved the location. Could hear the waves crashing as we settled in on a nightly basis.

Great Place!

Had a great week here! The place was updated and very nice inside. Loved the tile flooring throughout, the updated kitchen and the fact that it has two balconies. I would stay here again anytime. The pool was nice and clean and looked to be well maintained. Beach access was nice too!

This is the best location we’ve found on Daytona Beach. Unit was wonderful, and nicest in the condo. Well stocked with all items needed. Owner is great, immediately responsive to any questions. Recommend staying for Daytona Beach trip.

Great stay!

my family and I stayed at Cathys place. My sons are now insisting we stay there everytime we go to Florida! We loved everything about it! Its clean, spacious, stocked with board games, books and beach toys, its right on the beach, and the pool is a decent size and has a deep end for the kids to play. Cathy responded quickly to any questions we had. We loved this place and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful and quiet. Large unit and steps to the beach.

We stayed in this unit for ten days and had a wonderful time. The unit is very clean and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. All the necessities were there. There are only 19 units and so it was like having our own pool and beach. I would highly recommend this unit and we are definitely coming back next year.

Florida trip

We would thoroughly recommend this property on S Atlantic Ave. It was very clean and spacious accommodating four adults easily. The kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable and lots of hot water in the bathrooms. The pool setting was great, close to the beach. Fantastic views from the little balcony. Cathy was also very attentive, responding to texts/phone calls and even popping round when we couldn't get the wifi to work. A wonderful place to stay and if we are passing through again we would definitely stay again.

Race Week In Daytona

We were totally pleased with the cleanliness and general appearance of #304 at the Sea Fern. When we booked the condo, I thought from the photos that perhaps it was Ocean Front although it didn't advertise it that way. In any case we could see the ocean and our stay was wonderful. Second stay at this property , First in this unit

This property is so perfect. Very quiet and on the no drive area of the beach. Covered and assigned parking is awesome. Unit is steps away from parking lot so easy loading/unloading. Unit was clean and had plenty of room. Master was large and living room and kitchen had plenty of room also. The pool is great. Steps from the beach with hose by the entrance/exit to spray off the sand. I absolutely love the location and convenience of this unit and the property in general.

Condo on the beach

Condo was well appointed. We had 6family members. Unfortunately hurricanes damaged the pool and week had very cold temperatures (ice on rooftops) so our week was out of owner’s control. Daytona Beach is centrally located on east coast so day trips to Space Center, St. Augustine and International Speedway were possible

Absolutely amazing

Exactly as described, the furniture was the most comfortable including the beds , of all our stays we have had . Plenty of room for our family of 6 with a nice high chair and a pack n play for grand baby. . The kitchen was fully stocked with Cathy only a call away would drop off anything we needed , Had an issue with the microwave and Cathy was there the next morning with a new one . Loved just walking down stairs to the beach , for the breath taking sun rises. This is a nice, safe, and very friendly neighborhood . We will definitely be back

Great property, wonderful owner!

Cathy contacted us prior to our arrival to make sure we knew where to park and to give us the code for the property. The condo was exactly as described and pictured and was very comfortable for the four of us. We loved that it was on the part of the beach where cars aren't allowed because my three year old granddaughter was with us. The building was quiet, well-maintained, and clean. We didn't use the swimming pool because my granddaughter wanted to spend all her time in the sand. The few people we met on the beach were all very friendly. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay. We had a great vacation, in large part thanks to the great condo and responsive owner (Cathy).

Beautiful Vacation

We had the best family vacation ever. We got to Daytona, and there was a lot messed up from hurricane Ian. Although many of the condos were hit, our condo was untouched, and just wonderful. Cathy did a great job keeping our vacation on track, and keeping in touch. I will definitely recommend her and her condos to my friends and family! I am also going to start planning our next vacation, and will be using Cathy again!
