MAGNIFICENT VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS. For a maximum of 6 people.



LAY OUT: The villa is distributed in two floors. The living room situated on the ground floor an is perfect to reunite all our loved ones . On this floor we will find an entrance with the kitchen to our left, spacious and equipped with all modern appliances to prepare delicious dishes. On our right, we will find a toilet. Then we will arrive at a large living-dining room which communicates with the terrace and provides direct access to the pool. The dining room has a large table and chairs to enjoy our lunch and dinners together, and the living room with a sofa is perfect to find the relaxation we search for our vacation.



On the upper floor, we will find a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower on the left. The second bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with a double bed and a wonderful view of the sea. On our right, the will find the matrimonial suite with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. This space offers comfort and an ideal distribution to enjoy the views and the make the most of our splendid sun to spread light throughout the villa.



EXTERIOR: We will access the pool through the living room terrace. The pool is surrounded by hammocks to enjoy the sun of the Costa Blanca, as well as a table with chairs to enjoy BBQs with family and friends. The view is spectacular over the sea and the iconic Peñon de Ifach of Calpe. Finally,there is access to the large community pool belonging to the urbanization.



LOCATION: The villa located in CALPE. In a very quiet and residential area but close to all services and the beach.
