The upper floor has one bedrooms with en-suite and with a terrace overlooking the pool and rear garden.
There is a utility room at the rear of the house with washing machine.
Outside a private pool is located in a private garden with terraces and a shaded area at the rear & bbq.
The beach of Empuires is located at about 15 min walk. The nearest supermarket is located close by to the beach at about 10 mins walk.
