Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen eigenen Charme. Es war gut ausgestattet, ausreichend an Gläsern , Töpfen und Geschirr um den Geschirrspüler nutzen zu können. Im kleinen Badezimmer felten Ablagen und eine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Wir würden dieses Haus nochmals buchen. Wir waren im Oktober dort und es war eine herrliche Ruhe.

Entspannter Urlaub. Leider konnten wir den tollen Pool nicht benutzen, da das Wasser mit 15 grad viel zu kalt war. Ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten wären bei dem schönen Haus auch von Vorteil. Aber sonst ein tolles Haus in guter Lage. Vorallen Dingen wenn man Hunde mitbri gt.

Erholsamer Urlaub - ruhige Gegend - Traumaussicht

Charmante, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa in traumhaft, ruhiger Lage am Waldesrand mit Blick über Montgó. Das großzügige Grundstück mit schönem Poolbereich lädt zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen und verweilen ein. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet & gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Matratzen waren top! Die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Auch unser Hund hatte eine super Zeit, da das Objekt am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am Pinienwald liegt, was zu herrlichen Spaziergängen einlädt. Man sollte sich allerdings im Vorfeld darüber klar sein, dass man für jeglichen Einkauf, Strandbesuch ect. das Auto braucht. Für Menschen mit Rollator oder anderer Gehbehinderung ist das Grundstück mit den vielen Treppenstufen allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Steve, der bei der kleinsten Frage sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! It was a pleasure to meet you!

Idéal pour des vacances en famille et entre amis

Piscine très agréable et eau très douce peu chlorée. Endroit calme et sympathique. Proche de la plage de Montgo et en bordure de forêt. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Hôte réactif à nos demandes.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir waren zwei Wochen da und die Villa ist einfach super schön .Die Villa ist sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist perfekt und sehr gepflegt, super für eine Abkühlung.Neben der Villa ist ein toller Wald und viele Wege zum spazieren gehen.Der Vermieter ist wirklich super, er hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und war immer sofort ereichbar,für alle Fragen, vielen Dank nochmal Steve. Es war toll ,wir können es nur weiter empfehlen : )

Aufenthalt in Spanien

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt gut gefallen, vorallem der große Pool und die ruhige Umgebung hat es uns angetan. Das Haus an sich ist schon etwas älter und die Küchengeräte sind auch nicht mehr die neusten, das hat uns aber nicht zu sehr gestört. Außerdem liegt das Haus auf dem Berg und am Waldrand, weshalb der Weg zum Strand zu Fuß etwas länger gedauert hat.

Absolument parfait

Nous venons de rentrer de notre séjour chez Steve. Il a une très belle maison avec tout à l'intérieur. Tout est propre et la piscine est nettoyée pendant le séjour et la pelouse entretenu. Il est à l'écoute de ses clients. Il faut aimé la marche à pied car la plage est à 20min et comme on dit ce que l'on a descendu il faut le remonter et c'est des vraies côtes. Recommandé aux sportifs. Très bien en famille. Visite des ruines à empuries très jolies mais ne pas partir trop tard car on est attaqué par les moustiques Vacances géniales Carole

Villa dont tout le monde rêve

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre villa. La villa et le jardin étaient très propres et parfaitement entretenus. L'agencement de la villa nous a beaucoup plu. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées (vu la chaleur, les ventilateurs dans toutes les chambres nous ont été d'une grande utilité). Les lits prêts pour notre arrivée, c'était bien agréable et digne d'un service hôtelier. Le calme et la beauté du quartier entouré de pinèdes nous ont séduit. Seul bémol, l'air conditionné et ce serait plus que parfait. Si nous en avons l'occasion, nous retournerons volontiers dans cette villa.
