The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located in the center of Venice, in the Cannaregio district, the most animated of Venice. It is located a stone's throw from Strada Nova, the main artery of the city, full of shops, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and other services (pharmacy and banks). The apartment, completely restored and equipped with every comfort, is located on the mezzanine floor, is large and quiet and overlooks a private garden. The apartment is managed by Giorgio and Gabriella, experienced hosts, who live in the same building.
The apartment measures 59 square meters and consists of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two complete bathrooms elegantly finished, one of which is exclusively for the master bedroom . The apartment has been completely restored and is equipped with all the services (high speed wi-fi, smart-TV, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher).
The Ca 'Ferrari apartment is located three minutes from the ACTV vaporetto stop of Ca'd'Oro. Moreover, it is only 8 minutes away from the Fondamenta Nove stop, where the ALILAGUNA waterbuses coming from the Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes from the Santa Lucia railway station arrive.

Best VRBO stay ever

This is the perfect place for 3-4 people to stay. Great location, clean, quiet and had everything we could possibly need. Gaby was an amazing host, meeting us on arrival, recommending restaurants and shopping, and even helping us set up private water taxis. We would love to stay here again if we return to Venice!

Giorgio met us at the vaporetto and escorted us to the apartment. Two beautiful rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette/ dining room. Well equipped, modern, comfortable and so close to the Main Street. Probably the best accommodations we’ve ever had while traveling. And no flights of stairs to navigate inside the building.

Ca’ Ferrari Resdidence Stay

What a wonderful stay in Ca’ Ferrari residence ! The apartment is spotless, well equipped and appointed , has excellent WiFi and is in a great location. There are wonderful restaurants, wine bars and classic pastry shops nearby, as well as a grocery store. Gabriella was a wonderful hostess and was full of recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Even better than expected

This apartment is clean, beautiful, modern and has plenty of AC which was nice in the heat. The owners are friendly and gave us some wonderdul dinner recommendations. The apartment is a 15-20 min easy walk to San Marco square. Comfortable beds. We all loved ot and would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment and the owners.

Gabrielle met us and escorted us to the apartment. Great central location! Being on the first floor was SWEET!! Lots of restaurants & shops. Easy walk to everything. We would highly recommend this apartment! Having 2 full bathrooms was great.

Very comfortable apartment in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Gorgio was very informative in advance with all the needed details. Our teenagers brought their basketballs along on our trip and he aided us in finding courts where they could get some practice time in! Having two bathrooms and spacious rooms with lots of space for our luggage was amazing. Would highly recomend!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Neighborhood

We loved staying in Georgios apartment and will stay there again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood was great, quiet, clean and close to everything. Communication with Giorgio and Gaby was excellent. The apartment is exactly like the pictures describe. It was spotlessly clean and everything works as it should. We didn't have any issues and if we had I'm sure they would have been taken care of promptly.

It was perfect! Wonderful hosts and wonderful accommodations.

The hosts were so considerate when our flight was cancelled and could not be rebooked until the following day. They extended our stay another night. They gave us many many tips on restaurants, shopping, places to tour, buy groceries and how to get water taxies! Would not hesitate to book with Georgio and Georgianna again. Just exceptional hosts with an exceptional apartment!!

Excellent Property and Excellent Hosts

The property is an excellent place to stay in Venice. Easy access to the boat from the airport. Once you get there you will understand why that is important. Close to a grocery store. The hosts were wonderful and helpful with directions and suggestions. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent. So friendly. Very modern apartment. Good air conditioning. Suggest it to anyone.

Quiet and well located, with helpful hosts

The apartment was quiet, clean, and centrally located. We really appreciated the communication from the owners, who sent photos of how to get there and met us when we arrived. They were also very responsive when we needed something. It was great as a place to sleep at night, but felt small for four of us during the day. (If it weren’t for the kids, we would have spent all day exploring the city, but they needed time to relax in the midday heat.) I would suggest that the towels need replacing. Thanks for a very nice stay.

Giorgio was an amazing host! Excellent communication! He gave us perfect instructions regarding arrival and personally met us at the nearest dock. We loved the neighborhood and felt very comfortable and safe walking around late at night. It was an easy walk to anywhere in Venice. Giorgio gave us wonderful recommendations/suggestions of restaurants, gelato, and groceries. The home was perfectly clean, upgraded, and extremely comfortable. The showers were amazing! We travelled with our two teens and we all slept very comfortably!!! 5 stars all the way!!!
