Magnificent apartment in the center of Madrid next to Plaza del Callao.

Very cozy, comfortable, practical and with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Bright apartment with large windows in the living room and the master bedroom and unbeatable views of the Gran Via. 2 double bedrooms, living room, modern kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Combination of classic and modern furniture. New beds July 2017. Flat TV and Wifi.

Ideal for families or friends. Close to everything and subway a few steps.

Right near the Action

This property was a very good size for the price, and very centrally located. Overall was a very good choice for us. The only downside, is that for some people it might be a bit too close to the nightlife as it can be loud outdoors until the early hours! Small grocery store nearby and everything else a traveler could need. Was a great value for us.

Street noise and nearby major building renovation a negative. Sound insulated windows would help. The AC system needs maintenance and filters cleaned.

Excellente localisation pour visiter le centre de Madrid.

Cet appartement est superbement bien situé pour visiter à pied le centre de Madrid. En revanche, étant situé en plein centre, le quartier est très animé de jour comme de nuit, ce qui peut déranger pour dormir. L'appartement est bien agencé et agréable. Il faudrait juste qu'il soit un peu mieux nettoyé à l'intérieur des placards de la cuisine où on trouve des miettes et traces de cuisine des précédents voyageurs ce qui n'est pas très agréable. Les instructions d'entrée et de sortie sont claires et simples. En conclusion, nous recommandons, vous pouvez y aller et visiter Madrid tranquillement.

Wir hatten Glück, dass gerade jemand aus dem Haus kam, sonst wären wir schwerlich in unsere Wohnung gekommen. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, sie hätte einige Schönheitsreparaturen nötig. Auch eine intensive Grundreinigung würde dem ankommenden Besucher besser gefallen. Der Krach von den Straßen des Zentrums kommt durch die Einfachverglasung fast ungefiltert in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, was die Nacht zum Tage machen kann. Aber !!! Trotz allem ist die Lage perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Altstadt, Musicals, Geschäfte... ruck zuck da. Deshalb können wir die Wohnung empfehlen ...

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment in Madrid

Convenient, practical, charming apartment. Furnished adequately. Wifi reliable. Front bedroom quite noisy due to street traffic, but still would highly recommend. Located within short walking distance to coffee shops, bars, & restaurants. Great experience. Did have a power outage the last night, with no way to communicate for help.
