Ffynnon Bach is a semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Deiniolen in Gwynedd. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a family bathroom including bath with shower over, basin and WC, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside is an open-plan living space including a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. An external utility room hosts a washing machine and tumble dryer, shared with the neighbouring property. There is parking for two cars, and a private patio with seating. Ffynnon Bach is a lovely cottage tooked away on the border of the Snowdonia Nation Park, perfect for a walking break with friends.

Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, small selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available by arrangement. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio area with furniture. Bike storage available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and petrol station 1 mile. Note: The owner can offer stabling for 1 or 2 ponies/horses with turn out and use of menage by separate arrangement and a small charge of £25.00 per pony/horse, per stay

Town: Deiniolen is a village in Gwynedd, in the Llanddeiniolen Community, with views over Caernarfon which is around 7 miles away, and on a clear day even the Wicklow Mountains in Ireland can be seen. The slate industry was an important employer and source of business to the town, but the quarry has now been closed since 1969. Nowadays, the village is within easy reach of the Zip World at Penrhyn Quarry, and several other activities to get stuck into while you're in the area.
