Nestled in the hills of the spectacular nature reserve of L'Esterel, our contemporary modern villa sits above the stunning bay of Figueirette and its beaches and is located in a quiet and private domaine.
Just 6 miles (20mins) from Cannes, and en route to St Tropez, its a truly lovely peaceful spot and just a short drive away from a host of exciting escapes and visits the region has to offer.
Modern and stylish Villa designed with indoor / outdoor living space in mind. Large open plan fully equipped kitchen /dinning and sitting room with dining outdoor terrace with bbq also. Full wifi and air conditioning /underfloor heating throughout. Large comfy sofa and outdoor seating for guests.2 X Smart TV's - Netflix also available. The amenities boast 4 separate toilets on 3 floors, 2 bathrooms of which one has a large bath, twin sinks toilet and separate shower, with second bathroom boasting toilet, sink & shower. 3 double bedrooms including a king size that can be turned into twin beds, 2 X queen beds and a twin bunkbed room ideal for kids. Toys in the garden include a large trampoline & table tennis and various large games on request including large chess board & Connect 4.
The Villa is twinned and shares garden, common terraces and a pool with its sister villa which we live in. We are very discreet and we do ensure that guests get exclusive use of pool and garden during their stay.
The Villa is South facing with sunshine all day long with no overview of garden and pool and beautiful views of the sea and Esterel Hills & forest. We offer ample off road parking for 2 vehicles. The Villa backs onto the Esterel National Park which is famous for walking and mountain biking. The Villa is secure and secluded while being a short drive away from many of the Riviera’s attractions and a mere 3 minute drive to the beach. An ideal home and destination for a family vacation. The Villa is treated with an anti virus and bacterial micro-dispersed dry mist before new tenants arrive guaranteeing a Covid free space to enjoy your stay with proof Certificate available upon arrival.

Séjour à théoule sur mer

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au milieu des pins, le chant des cigales et au bord de la méditerrané. La maison est spacieuse et dispose de belles terrasses, un beau jadin avec piscine et a toutes les comodités pour passer de bonnes vacances. la maison comme l'emplacement sont parfaits pour passer des vacances très agréables en famille.

Het was een plezierig vakantiehuis

Wij hebben met veel genoegen in het vakantiehuis gebivakkeerd! Enige nadeel dat het iets verwijderd lag van het dorp. Elke dag 10 km naar de bakker.

Great house for a relaxing holiday

We stayed as a multigenerational family and had a wonderful time. The house is clean, modern and comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The pool (which has a child safety alarm), trampoline and table tennis were great features for kids and grownups alike. So was the DVD collection. We would have loved to stay longer or come again.

Prachtige villa in de heuvels van Théoule

Wij verbleven met 7 personen in de 2de helft van juli. In de communicatie vooraf beantwoordde eigenares Alexandra meteen al onze vragen. De ontvangst in de villa was hartelijk, we voelden ons meteen welkom en op ons gemak. De villa is zeer goed uitgerust, we kwamen niets te kort. Zeer ruim en netjes onderhouden. Iedereen had zijn stekje in één van de 4 slaapkamers. Zeer stil en alle kamers konden worden verduisterd met rolluiken. 2 badkamers waren geen overbodige luxe. Voldoende schaduwplaatsen op de terrassen en aan het zwembad. Voldoende ligstoelen voor iedereen. Er lagen wel wat bladeren en zand op de bodem van het zwembad. Jammer dat deze niet werden opgeruimd, als wat het maar 1x in de week. Een poetshulp kan worden gereserveerd in de week, een aanrader! Zeer vriendelijke poetsdame en poetst voortreffelijk. 20min met de auto nodig om van de villa naar Théoule-sur-Mer te rijden. Supermarkt Géant op 30min riijden. Deze villa was voor ons een fantastisch verblijf en een echte aanrader.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la maison d'Alex et Ruppert. La maison était très propre et bien meublée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Alex et Ruppert étaient d'excellents hôtes. Merci Alex et Ruppert pour votre hospitalité, nous avons vraiment apprécié la semaine chez vous. Merci Ruppert pour nettoyer la piscine chaque jour!
