Fantastic place

The house is beautiful and better than the photos. It has a lovely pool and and a nice walk down to the beach, shops and restaurants. Really helpful service if any issues - would definitely recommend this house. We were 2 families of 5 with teenagers and the house was perfect. Thank you

Villa Mirandole

We are very pleased with our saty at Villa Mirandole during 2 weeks. Wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea. The house was very weel equipped. The Axim Mediterranean Agency gave very good service when we had questions. We can really recommend Villa Mirandole.

Amazing Villa, Great Location

The villa was outstanding, clean and tidy, had everything you need and more. Amazing rooms very large and airy. The pool was spotlessly clean, can’t fault anything. We can’t tell you how good the views from the villa are, simply stunning! We were a party of seven ranging from 19 up to 74, it’s only a 900 metre walk to the town and beach, but incredibly steep with steps at points, but we enjoyed the walk up without a problem. Car hire is not a must but if you want to see around locally it’s a good idea. The train to Monaco is a must, and very easy to use as well as the local bus. Don’t let the hill put you off, this really is a GEM!

Nice Villa with a great seaview

We spent a lovely week with friends in the villa, which has all the amenities and space enough for 8 people. We missed an outdoor shower and a guest toilet on the ground floor. The wild boars, which actually ran around on the property every evening, were a bit disturbing. Maybe a fence would be a good idea. The fact that bed linen was only available for a fee and that you had to make your own bed, isn't what we expected for such a high price. Otherwise great pool, great view, smooth process and friendly people.

This house is great and highly recommended. It is located in a private driveway. The driveway onto the property was not so easy with our VW T5 as it was very steep and difficult to turn at the top. The panoramic view over the bay of Agay forgives everything. Contact with Yohann went smoothly. He was there for us via WhatsApp to answer all our questions. The pool is large, clean and very well maintained. All rooms are spacious and lovingly furnished. 1 bedroom has a sea view with an adjoining shower room, while the other 3 rooms on the upper floor have a view of the side garden. There are enough places to retreat to. To make it perfect, we were missing insect screens on the windows (we just wanted fresh air, but there is air conditioning), an outdoor shower and a nearby pool toilet would also be great. We didn't meet the wild boars but we did find spilled rubbish and footprints in the morning. In the evening we made ourselves comfortable in the courtyard. It protects against the wind and the wild boars. It was almost perfect for us all around. Great destinations (St. Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse), beautiful house in a quiet location and great weather. We'll be happy to accept Yohann's house recommendations again next year. This one is great!

Ort der Ruhe mit großem Swimmingpool

Das über 200 Jahre alte Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme, Wohnzimmer sehr großzügig mit 4 großen Doppeltüren und zwei 2 Standvenilatoren; Idyllischer Innenhof mit Gartentisch und Stühlen; Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert; Betten etwas hart; Küche ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, jedoch nicht sehr hochwertig. Schirme auf der Terrasse sollten erneuert werden. Preis-Leisung aufgrund er oberen Randlage und des großen Pools ok; Yohan Bolzen als Ansprechpartner absolut vertrauenswürdig und kommunikativ, geht auf alle Fragen geduldig und hilfsbereit ein, absolute Empfehlung!

Superbes villa et situation géographique

Séjour enchanteur en famille (6 adultes et 4 enfants de 5 à 8 ans) dans une villa très propre et très agréable à vivre à 10, avec des extérieurs propices pour profiter du cadre et de la vue magnifique sur la baie d'Agay. Das Haus ist genauso wie es beschrieben wurde! Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen + Hund zu Gast. Ich würde aber auch nicht mehr Gäste empfehlen, da das Haus nur 2 Bäder hat. Hinweis: ab ca. 17:30 Uhr ist mit Wildschweinen zu rechnen, die aus dem nahegelegenen Wald kommen und nach Nahrung in den Mülltonnen suchen, Vorsicht!

Wir haben schon öfter unsere Ferien in dieser wunderschönen, liebevoll ausgestatteten Villa verbracht und sind jedes Mal begeistert. Die Lage ist traumhaft, nirgendwo kann man besser die Facetten dieser wunderschönen Gegend genießen, mit Blick auf die Bucht von Agay und das Esterel im Rücken. Erholung und Entspannung pur! Très belle maison située dans les hauteurs d'Agay dans un quartier accessible seulement aux riverains. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos, c'est même encore plus beau en vrai. La vue est superbe, on ne s'en lasse pas. La piscine est top. La situation dans le massif de l'Esterel est juste parfaite, nous recherchions le calme. Nous avons trouvé dans la villa tous les équipements nécessaires pour cuisiner, ustensiles, vaisselle et plats en nombre. Nous avons adoré nos soirées dans le petit patio qui coupe le vent à la mi-saison quand les soirées sont un peu plus fraîches. La gestion avant et après de la location s'est très bien passé. Bref, nous espérons revenir dans cette très belle villa, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Juste parfait

Nous sommes arrivée un lundi et tout a été encadré par abritel qui nous a renseigner et répondu aux questions tout le long de notre séjour. Très efficace et aimable ! La maison était très propre et fonctionnelle une fois sur place, nous ne manquions de rien, cuisine, électroménager... tout était disponible le sans frais supplémentaire. La localisation de la villa à agay, à 15min de Saint Raphaël et 1h en bateau de Saint tropez nous a permis de profiter de ce que la région propose et passer d'excellente vacances. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation. A très vite.

MAGNIFIQUE !

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille et avec des amis dans cette somptueuse villa nichée dans la verdure avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'AGAY.
