This charming 2 bed apartment is located just 3 minutes from Victoria Station. With 2 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious sitting room and a charming courtyard, the home is quite cosy.

The Space:
This great apartment is located just 3 minutes from Victoria Station, right in the heart of all the action! It is a lower ground apartment, away from noise of the street.

The Neighborhood:
Pimlico's history is interesting and varied. Thomas Cubitt was the planner who laid down a grid of residential streets back in 1825. The architecture around Pimlico is stunning, with lots of historic Grade II and Grade II* listed properties and churches. His renowned stucco fronted terraces can be seen throughout Pimlico and Belgravia.

Food & Drink:
There are fantastic gastropubs in the area, including The Orange and the Thomas Cubbitt.
Hunan is an exciting Chinese culinary experience for those looking for something a bit different; there is no menu, you just tell them what you don't like and how spicy you like your food before you receive multiple amazing tapas-sized dishes. You do need to pre-book.

Pimlico Road Farmer's Market is set on Orange Square and showcases a multitude of local British produce. Tachbrook Street market is a buzzing hive of activity and the perfect spot to collect some fresh groceries from.

Attractions:
Buckingham Palace is less than 20 minutes away. Westminster Abbey is nearby as well.
The Tate Britain is also less than 20 minutes away.
Battersea Power Station is across the river.
The Victoria & Albert Museum, the Science Museum, and the National History Museum are all less than 30 minutes away.

Outdoor Areas:
Hyde Park is about 25 minutes away, and has paddle boats to rent.
St. James's Park is less than 20 minutes away.
Across the river is Battersea Park.
Just five minutes away is the Royal Hospital Grounds, which are open to the public and lovely on a sunny day.

Getting Around:
Victoria Station: National Rail, Underground (District, Circle, and Victoria lines). It is a 10 minute walk from the home.
There are also bus stations near the home, like Victoria Coach Station (Stop W).

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.

Great location
The property was spacious, clean and very conveniently located. The photos and written descriptions were perhaps more glamorous and complimentary than the actual reality, however we still had a very enjoyable and comfortable 15 night stay. The 'terrace' is in reality a 'light well' in the centre of the building with a picnic table filling the space. We found the location an ideal base with Victoria Station close by. We regularly walked to Hyde Park, along the Thames River and down to Whitehall, with plenty of nice restaurants, a large Sainsbury supermarket and a range of shops nearby. The area felt safe and the whole neighborhood was charming.

Bel appartement bien situé.
Nous avons séjourné un mois. La plus grande qualité de cet appartement est qu’il est extrêmement bien situé. Il est grand et propre. La communication avec l’hôte est rapide et efficace. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas, mais nous avons été dédommagés. Le seul inconvénient est que l’occupant de l’appartement au dessus est bruyant tôt le matin et tard le soir. Mais heureusement ça ne dure jamais très longtemps. Nous retournerions à cet appartement.

London experience
Wonderful location.Unfortunately there are several issues with the flat. It is a basement apartment that was poorly cleaned. The flat smelled (sewage and mildew) then followed by leaks through the kitchen ceiling from the flat above, forcing us to vacate. The second shower was not usable due to rotted framing and mildew; the second bedroom had no electric outlets or internet service.
