A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with views of the lake and golf course. On the wonderful 5 star Mar Menor Resort. TV with some English channels. Free Wi-Fi internet access. Fully equipped kitchen. The apartment can sleep 4 adults The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is another shower room for use in the property also.

These Melvin golf apartments are the most spacious design in the area, and we have furnished it to a high standard with home comforts in mind. The centre is home to a beautiful 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with all its amenities; Golf course and driving range, several restaurants, bar, small but well stocked supermarket, 8 padel tennis courts, 1 tennis court, various playgrounds for the younger children are dotted about the resort. Everything for the essentials is located on site but would recommend hiring a car to explore the surrounding area and access the stunning beaches, many restaurants and activities the region of Costa Calida has to offer.



The Resort



Mar Menor Golf Resort is the premier POLARIS WORLD gated resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus Design course which will challenge all levels of golfers and lots of on and off site facilities, Italian Restaurant, an Irish pub, supermarket. There is also a bar with communal pool (you may be charged entry) and all this surrounds the 5 Star Hotel where you can use the pool and SPA for an additional fee. Just off the resort (within walking distance you have a bank with cash machine plus further down the Boulevard you will find the various bars and restaurants offering something for everyone of all ages.



The Area



The resort can be found in the Region of Murcia on the Costa Calida (warm coast). With 22 golf courses in the area within a 1 hour radius and the long sandy beaches of the Mar Menor Sea this is not only a golfing haven but a place to come and enjoy Spain. You will find typical Spanish bars and eateries close by as well as the history that surrounds the area in Cartagena and Murcia City.

We really spent a very nice week in the apartment....Very well situated... Very well equiped...More than we expected....The immediate response of the house keyholes proves how seriously is the caring of the clients... The location was near all accommodations. Beaches in 8kms... Very near restaurants at Mar Menor Boulevard.... Not very far Cities with all necessary shops and malls... Los Alcazares.... San Javier...San Pedro Del Pinatar... Cartagena.... And a lot of Spanish pueblos such as Roldan, la puebla and others.. The only thing to improve is a sofa bed in the living room....
