Lighthouse - 3 story holiday home with shared tennis court and sea views

Amazing 3 story townhouse in a privileged location within the lovely town of São Martinho do Porto, offering breathtaking sea views and a shared tennis court. Only 150 metres from the bay, cafes and restaurants.

The lounge is comfortably equipped with cable TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. There are also books, games and DVDs to watch that the owner has kindly provided for your entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms, two have double beds and the third is a single bedroom in the basement with a shower room opposite. A travel cot can be provided. Depending on your needs, the owner has provided fans and heaters in the property.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 are shower rooms and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom, with bath and shower over. One of the shower rooms is on the main floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to cater for your family and friends during your holiday.

If you have a baby, a highchair and a travel cot can be provided (you must bring your own bed linen for the cot). Please request this when booking.

There is a private driveway for the property where you can park your car.

The house offers a variety of furnished outdoor private spaces where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day and delight yourself with the wonderful sea views of the Sao Martinho Do Porto bay.

Check-in times are from 2PM to 7PM. If you consider arriving later than that, please check with us first before booking if it will be possible. Arrivals after 7PM, if accepted, have an extra charge. Please contact us for more information.

Delightful spacious home ward, beach and restaurants

We really enjoyed the beautiful home and lovely town. We biked and swam and ate at 3 exceptional restaurants within 150m. We are hoping to visit again!

Great location, well equipped

We visited in wimter with 3 people and that was very comfortable. Great walks directly from the house to beaches or cliffs, restaurants and supermarkets. Many interesting cultural and nature sites in easy distance. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay

I stayed at this property for an extended stay during the off-season months. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location and the view of this property was excellent. You can view the bay from both balcony levels. The place is always kept spotless. You are within short walking distance of everything. And Antony and Nicola do a tremendous job managing the property and making sure the guest experience is superb. I would definitely recommend this property for those visiting Sao Martinho do Porto. Semaine de 5 jours très agréable avec tout ce qu' il faut . Nous avions même le droit d utiliser les parasols , ballons etc. Bien pratique ! A refaire sans hésitation !!

maison très propre et très complete; gros bémol maison très humide, on le sentait meme dans les lits; il faudrait verifier les equipements car etant confiante de voir un seche linge, j ai voulu faire secher rapidement une machine ,qu elle ne fut pas ma surprise de voir qu il s arretait apres 5mn; salon très petit pour une famille de plus de 4 personnes, pas assez de chaises interieures

Gezellige woning met prachtig uitzicht

Super leuke woning, niet groot maar ruim genoeg voor een gezin. Mooi uitzicht en heerlijk vertoeven op de twee balkons die om de eerste een tweede verdieping heen lopen. Alles was aanwezig zelfs matjes voor naar het strand etc. Enige minpuntje wat wij hadden is dat de bedden erg hard zijn, maar we begrepen dat dat een algemeen puntje is in Portugal.
