Closest major cross Streets are Avenue 48th/Monroe. 10-15 min from central Palm Desert and 20-30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Close access to local grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

When we sit outside, we love to have the fountain on and listen to the calmness of the trickling water, and the birds chirping in the background. Also, we love taking early morning walks in the neighborhood and looking at the beautiful Desert Landscape and surrounding mountain view.
