This single-level 4-bedroom is just a short stroll from the Coachella Music Festival grounds. Enjoy community amenities including pool & spa, tennis & pickleball courts & a clubhouse. The house boasts high-speed Wi-Fi & a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a pond-view patio complete with a lounge area, dining table, & grill. With proximity to Palm Springs, Joshua Tree National Park, & renowned golf courses & spas, this home offers not just comfort but a gateway to diverse attractions.

Parking: We have 3 parking spots available. Street parking is prohibited on community streets from 1am - 6am. Please park your cars in garage or driveway during these hours.

To enhance your stay and ensure all community members enjoy access to Lifestyle Center amenities, we'd like to share some essential information:

Guest Cards: If you plan to use the Lifestyle Center amenities (Pickleball, Tennis, Main Community Pool), you'll need a guest card. Simply visit the Lifestyle Center to obtain one. A refundable $10 deposit is required, which you'll get back upon returning the card(s).

Maximum Guests: The Lifestyle Center allows up to 4 guests to enjoy its amenities simultaneously. Another option is to explore the two satellite pools located in the community, where all guests in your party can enjoy a swim together.

Nice home near fairgrounds

Used for staff at an activation in the fairgrounds and it was a nice home they enjoyed staying, had all the amenities and nice neighborhood.
