Come experience The Desert Willow, in the Indian Palms Country Club. The house is Beautifully decorated and it has all the amenities that will make your stay feel like you're right at home. The home is super spacious and will sleeps 6 people comfortably, it has a large living room, dining room, breakfast counter with 3 stools, fully equipped kitchen, Den/office space, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
The backyard has a salt water pool, salt water jacuzzi, 6 loungers, 2 umbrellas, Fire-pit table with plenty of seating and a gas BBQ to get your grill on...
The house sits on the fifth Fairway and boast great views of the golf course and the San Jacinto mountains. We're across the street from the Empire Polo Fields where they hold Coachella, Stagecoach, Polo matches, Dog shows, Horse shows and many other fun events. The house is located near many restaurants and activities in and around the area. Shopping in Old Town La Quinta, Spa Day at La Quinta Resort, Fun night out at The Nest or a fun night at The Living Zoo with the family. Looking for some outdoor activities like hiking, desert tours or an exhilarating tram ride on the Palms Spring tram, are all within local distance to the Desert Willow.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all dirty robes, bath mats, bath, kitchen & bath towels in tub.
If you moved any indoor or outdoor furniture, please put back the way you found it upon arrival. Furniture left in disarray, a $50.00 fee will be charged.
Please clean up any dog poop around the property, Fees will be applied if not cleaned up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool/Jacuzzi Heater must stay off if you did not pay for it to be turned on at booking... gas fees may be imposed.
check-out on Saturday/Sunday, you are responsible for putting Trash/Recycle Bins out by the curb. $50.00 haul away may be imposed
Casita Key must not leave the property. Guest will be charged $50.00 for lost or stolen house keys

Excellent Stay at Desert Willow

Desert Willow is exactly, if not better, than it is listed. The house was so comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean and Kimberly was extremely responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time at the house and would definitely recommend it anyone!!

Family reunion

We enjoyed the stay and location was great. Spacious property and well stocked kitchen. We were not aware of the 3rd bedroom being a “casita” but feel it is a plus and if not advertised as such, it should be. Our daughter and son-in-law really loved it. Easy in and out once you master the keypad. Would recommend it.

Wonderful base for our time in the area!

This rental hit all the marks we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Kimberly promptly responded to us with anything we asked about. The house was perfect for our group of three couples - Comfortable beds, nice furniture, well-stocked kitchen. Be sure to let them know if you want to use the spa and/or pool so they can have things ready. Reasonable additional cost for those amenities. We're already discussing another stay in this place for next March.

Perfect Getaway with Prime Location!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The house was just as described in the listing - spacious, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of being out. The backyard was a highlight, with a great patio and a pool/hot tub that clean and well maintained.The location was also fantastic - quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops.We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

Great stay at Desert Willow!

This home was perfect for me and 3 teenagers. The house had all the amenities we needed. We paid for pool heating and we were pleasantly surprised at how warm the pool temp was (90 degrees). The pool area gets great sun. During our stay the sun hit the patio around 9:00 and stayed until the end of the afternoon. We enjoyed using the pickleball courts (we brought our own rackets but they do have a few at the Lifestyle Center). We also used the gym a few times. These amenities are well kept and clean.A nice little bonus was the Starbucks coffee provided at the house. It's important to know that the 3rd bedroom is a casita. It's listed as a queen bed, although I think it might be a double as it seemed quite small. Not sure on that though. Regardless, it's nice to have a separate bedroom/space for guests that prefer some privacy. Our contact for the house, Kimberly, was easy to reach and always available for our questions. The house itself has a binder with all the instructions needed, but Kimberly was also good with reminders (take the garbage out, check out list etc).
