About this property

Cluster villa with sea view and roof terrace

Well decorated property located in the prestigious Clube Golfemar, just 3 minutes drive to Vale de Milho golf course and 5 minutes drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve.
The property has one bedroom and a bathroom with tub, ideal to relax after a fun day in Algarve. The indoor space also comprises a fully equipped kitchen, open concept living and dinning area with a marble fireplace. The outdoor area is composed by a garden and a terrace overlooking the sea and neighborhood.
The house is equipped with air conditioning on the living room, electric shutters, double glazing windows, fiber optic TV and internet (wi-fi).

Guests have full acessos to the house and to the condominium pool and gardens. In the pool area, the guests can find some sun loungers that they are free to use.

Clube Golfemar is an exclusive and respected complex, located in Alfanzina, Algarve.
The wonderful views and excellent location, near Vale de Milho Golf course, make it a perfect place to enjoy a calm holidays near all facilities.

Within a 5-10 minutes car distance, the guests can find a variety of beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and the centre of Carvoeiro.

We advise our guest to use a car during the holidays.
There are several parking lots within the complex.
The guests can find a bus stop at Rocha Brava complex, about 5 minutes walking distance from the property. From there, they can take a shuttle to several places in Algarve. Rocha Brava complex has a supermarket.
Faro airport is about 40 minutes distance by car.

The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.

For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.

For reservations in the winter period (January to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.

Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival. Subject to additional charge.
