PLEASE NOTES: IN CASE THE CALENDAR IS FULLY BOOKED, THERE IS ANOTHER 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE, NEXT TO THIS ONE, ON THE SAME HOUSE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR (for more info please contact me). In the residence Geremeas Mare, near the magnificent Geremeas beach, between Cagliari and Villasimius, and about 35 km from Cagliari airport, the complex consists of three-storey buildings and several smaller bodies distributed in thick Mediterranean vegetation: semi-independent apartment on the ground floor with a 1000 sqm garden approximately comprising entrance hall, living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, veranda with sea view where it is also possible to eat outside and enjoy a quiet and panoramic view really sensational. The apartment is air-conditioned (cold / hot system), equipped with every comfort (2 TVs with DVD player, stereo, 2 a / c, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, blender, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, chairs, beach chairs and umbrellas, small barbeque, washing machine) and DISTA SOLI 5 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF GEREMEAS, inside a complex with access for residents only. The Geremeas bay, 3 km long, is certainly one of the most beautiful on the coast. The crystalline sea immediately reaches a certain depth and the sand is white and slightly coarse. The sand dunes that stand out behind the beach are certainly noticeable. The apartment is available immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 2ND BEACHFRONT APARTMENT AVAILABLE NEXT TO THIS ONE THAT YOU SEE ON PICTURES (on the same house), IT HAS SAME SIZE AND SAME PRICE AS THIS ONE, IT'S ALSO LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE GEREMEAS BEACH WITH A SPECTACULAR SEA VIEW.
