ROSEMARY VILLA Just a few steps from the beach

Rosemary Villa is the right place for your holiday in south Sardinia, it is located in a touristic village about km. 40 from Cagliari, airport and port.
Walk in the garden, you can walk around the village, on the top of the village, you can walk around the village sunset or the panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea, and if you are lucky you can see the dolphins swimming.
The beach is just a few steps (200 meters), on the beach there is a bar, where you can rent a beach, a beach chair.
The restaurant / pizzeria, market, fish market, just 5 minutes by walk (400 meters)
The villa is in the South East of Sardinia,
just 10 minutes by car you can find more beaches or bays for swimming or hiking.
The villa is comfortable and furnished, 28 "TVSAT dining room, one bedroom with one double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with two single beds. the covered terrace is suitable for drink, romantic dinner or reading a book.
The villa is fully equipped, inside the beach (beach umbrella, beach chairs, masks, beach towels for all) baby equipment (high chair, cot, stroller), bath towels, sheets, necessaries for the bathroom ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving gel, toothpaste, hair dryer).

Great holiday house close to the beautiful beach

Wir wurden von Luca herzlich empfangen, der Ort ist sehr idyllisch, wunderbare Natur. Die Temperaturen für Oktober angenehm. Beim Eindunkeln viele Tiegermücken. Für fünf Personen nicht geeignet, Badezimmer sind zwei mal WC, einmal Dusche, eher dunkle Räume.

Gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus mit abgeschlossenem Außenbereich, einen Katzensprung vom sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Der Vermieter mit Rat und Tat sehr zugewandt zur Stelle. Tolle Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten.

Molto soddisfatti

Descrizione dell'appartamento più che veritiera, non avevamo capito quanto fosse completa la dotazione compresa nel prezzo: asciugamani da bagno, teli da mare, lenzuola, tovaglia, canovaccio da cucina, tutto con cambio settimanale e tutto di ottima qualità. Letti comodi, cucina con dotazione ompleta. Trovare disponibile all'arrivo un po' di spesa è stato inaspettato e molto gradito (anche solo carta igienica e sapone). Distanze veritiere, sia da spiaggia che da market, bar, edicola, ristoranti e altri srrvizi. Se non fosse stato per visitare altre spiagge e provare qualche ristorante, la macchina non si sarebbe mossa. Host disponibilissimo, grazie di tutto Luca!

Fijn verblijf

Prachtig gelegen locatie, vlakbij het strand. Supermarkt en restaurant binnen loopafstand.. het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken.. helaas geen WiFi.. dit was ons bekend, maar je mist het wel. Hartelijk ontvangst door Luca, de eigenaar, met welkomstgeschenk van boodschappen, zoals pasta, wijn, water , koekjes, shampoo en nog meer. Voor hulp en vragen staat Luca gelijk klaar. Al met al een prettig verblijf.

Lieu Enchanteur

Petite maison indépendante dans un quartier résidentielle très calme. C’est une région où il fait très chaud mais la maison est climatisée. Luca est un hôte très sympathique et accueillant avec plein de très gentils attentions. La plage est très belle et peu peuplé exceptée le dimanche. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Location, location, location...

Pretty little house for a pair with 1-2 children or for two couples. Luca, the very nice owner, welcomes you with a rich package of things to drink, eat and live the first days! He will also help you immediately if there's any problem, because he lives a few minutes away! You are in a non-touristical small village, but there's a little supermarket and a Pizzeria around the corner, 400 metres or 5 minutes by foot. But even shorter is the way to the fantastic bay with its' sandy beach ("Spiaggia di Genn'e Mari"): You walk 300 metres, and your feet are in warm water! It's a no-brainer we will rent Luca's house every time we will visit the south of Sardinia in the future!!!

Luca war ein toller Gastgeber... diskret im Hintergrund aber jederzeit erreichbar... es gab ein umfangreiches Welcome Package mit Lebensmitteln und anderen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs... super aufmerksam! Für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Strandurlaub der perfekte Ort!

Ich würde sofort wieder fahren!

Luca ist ein super freundlicher Vermieter der sogar spät Abends noch Zeit für seine Gäste hat. Das Haus war sauber und alles da was man so gebrauchen kann. Ich kann Luca mit seiner Gastfreundschaft und seinem kleinen Häuschen nur weiter empfehlen. Ebenso wie alle in Torre delle Stelle . Ich werde wieder nach Sardinien fahren

Fantastische Ferien in einem aussergewöhnlich gastfreundlichem Haus

Unsere verspätete Ankunft war für Luca kein Problem. Er war für uns jederzeit erreichbar. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete er uns, um uns durch das Haus zu führen. Alles war hier vorhanden. Wir bekamen sogar Toilettenartikel gestellt! Das Küchenbuffet war voller Lebensmittel und Getränke! Noch nie haben wir solch eine Gastfreundschaft in einem Ferienhaus erlebt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und der Platz vor dem Haus ist grosszügig. Es gab einen Grill, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten unter Dach, eine Aussendusche zum Abspülen von Sand. Sogar Antimückenmittel, Grillanzünder, Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle sind hier vorhanden. Wir sind nach wie vor überrascht und begeistert über so viele Extras. Hier ist der Gast etwas besonderes! Grossen Dank an unseren Gastgeber Luca! Veronika, Thomas und Claudine aus der Schweiz

quello che cercavo...e forse qualcosa di più

Ho soggiornato qui con la famiglia (2 bambini) a metà giugno. Casa perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione. Pulita ed in ordine. Asciugamani e lenzuola profumate. Materassi confortevoli. Ben attrezzata anche la cucina. Padrone di casa e famigia davvero molto accoglienti e disponibili. Check in e check out concessi a seconda delle nostre esigenze. in dotazione asciugamani da spiaggia, ombrellone e addirittura un set di giochi da spiaggia! All'arrivo Luca ci ha accolti con un "welcome" molto gradito ... tutto quel che serve per i primi giorni di permanenza in casa!! Il saluto di Paola (la moglie) e della loro piccolina è stato altrettanto caloroso. Durante il soggiorno non sono mancate continue attenzioni per noi. La spiaggia dista da casa appena 200 mt. meno di 5 minuti a piedi. E' stato picevole soggiornare qui. Grazie Luca e a tutta la tua famiglia.
