With fantastic frontline position and stunning sea views Villa Sirio makes an excellent choice.

The rocky coastline of Cap d Atrutx "passeig Maritim" is popular for strolling along, taking in the mediterranean sea views.

The villa is in a superb quiet location but within walking distance to the lively marina of Calan Bosch, with many different bars and resturants and two white sandy beaches.

The villa consists of three good size bedrooms, one with en-suite. light spacious lounge/dining room and modern kitchen. With covered terrace and pool overlooking the sea, with spectacular views.

Air conditioning / heating in all three bedrooms and wifi included.

What can you say about this property? Superb sea view, your own pool, quiet road despite being a front line property.We had a wonderful stay as a family with adult children.The property is very spacious, all of the bedrooms are large and there are 2 x large comfortable sofas.The master bedroom is en suite and other bedrooms share a bathroom.All bedrooms and lounge have new air-conditioning.Shop and 2 restaurants are a 10 minute walk away and the main marina with loads of restaurants is a 25 minute walk, but all walking is very flat and easy. Negatives? You can only nit pick really. Could do with more kitchen equipment and better crockery. The pool is a little tired. More hooks in the bathrooms, and bedroom mirrors would help, but overall what a brilliant property and superb location and so much to do in the area.Super easy parking on the street outside too, never had any issue getting the spot, wouldn't have had and issue trying to park 3 cars to be honest.

Thanks for letting us stay in you’re beautiful Villa, very clean & well equipped

We really enjoyed the unobstructed views over to Majorca, majestic sunsets and we even spotted pods of dolphins just off the coast. As for suggestions for improvement, I’m going to be really picky. The security safe was not operational, and the fault could not be rectified during our 7 night stay, this really needs to be addressed so future guests have peace of mind when storing important passports, financial assets etc. Also multiple controllers for the air conditioning units would be a benefit as one was not clearly enough in this Villa where we had 4 individual units (especially late at night when trying to locate which bedroom the sole unit was located in). Please don’t take any of our suggestions as major issues, it certainly wouldn’t stop us using your villa again. Keep up the good work, regards

Un paraíso donde alojarse en Menorca

La ubicación de la casa frente al mar . Las vistas desde la casa . La tranquilidad: solo se oyen los pájaros y las olas. Por decir algo , se podría recortar solo ligeramente el seto de delante de la casa . Lo suficiente para ver mejor el mar estando tumbado en las hamacas pero sin perder la intimidad que ya tiene la casa .

Han sido unas vacaciones estupendas

La casa está situada perfecta y en general ha sido todo muy fácil. Más de un mando para el aire acondicionado. Las camas parece que están pensadas solo para niños (demasiado blandas y estrechas). Tampoco había tijera de cocina. También estaría bien poder hacer el check out mas allá de las 10, sobre las 12.

Une maison typique espagnole avec vue mer et magnifique coucher de soleil le soir

Malheureusement la mer n’est pas accessible depuis la maison on ne peut pas se baigner. Grande Piscine très agréable à l’avant de la maison. Maison fonctionnelle mais lits très inconfortables et maison infestée de fourmis. Il était impossible de laisser des aliments dans les placards sans être envahis par les fourmis. Pommes de douches cassée qui fuit. Les photos de correspondent pas toutes correctement à la réalité ( chaises extérieures en plastiques, draps sur les canapés, coussins de canapés sans housse…) La maison paraît mieux sur les photos, qui semblent dater. Il était indiqué un service de change de serviettes quotidien qui n’a pas eu lieu ( cela ne nous a pas gêné). Il était également indiqué une mise à disposition de shampoing et de gel douche qui n’étaient pas présents. Espace extérieur très agréable
