Casa Braeside is a an elegant villa comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, situated at the foot of Volcano Montana Roja on the quiet residential area of Los Alisios, located within walking distance to the popular area of Faro Park with its bars, restaurants and supermarket yet only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Playa Blanca.



Casa Braeside is perfect for those looking for a spacious, stylish property with stunning views and complete privacy with one of the highlights being the most perfect view of the dramatic Lanzarote sunsets (the sunrises over the volcano are pretty spectacular too!).



From the moment you walk through the door into the large entrance you will have a feeling of space. The Villa is on 2 levels with the first level having access to the 2 bedroom modern contemporary studio with bathroom and lounge which is set up with TV/DVD player.



On the first level you will find the main house featuring a large open lounge area with cathedral ceiling as well as the 2 main bedrooms. The bedrooms feature air-conditioning units - the air conditioning works via a coin operated meter. The TV system has many channels including sports and movie channels.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with views across to Fuerteventura and across the Atlantic, a utility room and an office area.



Outside you will find a large stunning garden with a beautiful array of mature plants and the most spectacular view of Montana Roja. With a choice of sun loungers around the private heated pool, outdoor seating and hammocks there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their holiday.



So if you are looking to just chill out by the pool or enjoy an alfresco evening using the BBQ we have you covered. The Villa offers our guests the best of both worlds with the tranquillity of the location yet minutes to the main resort.



Casa Braeside is perfect for couples, families or large groups who want to enjoy a holiday together.

Beautiful villa

The villa was very well equipped. Everything we needed was in there. The pool was very nice, but we also liked the quietness, the pool table, wall decorations, indoor dining, the view with one side ocean and the other side mountain, wifi, alarm system, etc. Nothing we can think of

Perfect villa and real home from home

We have stayed in around 20 villas in Playa Blanca and this is the best we have experienced. Very rarely is a villa better than the photos but the additions in decor and facilities the new owners have added have made it a real homely villa you feel so relaxed in, they have thought of everything you’d need. Both the outside and inside are stunning and it’s so peaceful. We liked it so much we booked for next year while we were still here!! Maybe a bit more of a shaded area outside if I was being very picky!!

The perfect Villa experience

Villa Braeside is the perfect Villa for a vacation in Lanzarote. It's location in quiet and delightful Los Alisios residences provides incredible views of both Montana Roja and across the sea to Fuerteventura, and unusually a view west for magical sunsets! Ideal with a car with parking outside, yet just a 10-15 min walk down to the bus stop or Faro Park for shops and restaurants. Taxi to Playa Blanca 5 Euro, Marina Rubicon 8 Euro. All the facilities are first class, both inside and outside, including comfortable seating areas and the heated (winter) pool. Immaculately clean, with fantastic service from the hosts, would certainly return! Thank you!

Quality of accommodation and equipment The sun beds were old and tired with only three usable. The bbq was a small wheeled type, not big enough to cook on for a family. Additionally, the burner plate was rotten and not serviceable.

Absolutely beautiful villa, highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful villa, the layout is perfect- we traveled with a 4 year old and a 1 year old and they loved the outdoor space. There are lots of lockable doors so I felt very safe knowing the kids couldn’t wander to the pool without adults opening them. Beautiful views from the indoor dining room and the views from the pool are as amazing. Couldn’t recommend more, had everything we needed for a 2 week family holiday - will be booking for next year most definitely. There was 5 of us but I’d say when with 8 you could all have your own space and privacy, so many lovely areas to enjoy, poolside or playing snooker the gardens are beautiful and the new owners were so helpful and welcoming. Thanks for letting us stay. Nothing we can think of.

Casa braeside is our 3rd time here and has had some renovations which is really nice. African theme throughout looks contemporary, clean and welcoming. Villas now are always available when needed are happy to help. Complementary tea coffee biscuits wine juice and water was Left for us ️ Fresh filtered water tap so no need to buy bottled water. Has dishwasher and washer which was useful for us as a family Home from home stunning scenery amazing outdoor space plenty of sunbeds and seating all round Maybe some parasols for those that wants sunbathe on a sunbed. Wooden gate at the top of the stairs so we don’t have to worry about younger children.

A wonderful fortnight in Lanzarote

The villa was fabulous, the whole property was to the highest standard. The pool and outside area was exactly what we wanted. The standard of the kitchen and equipment meant that when we did not eat out it was so easy to self cater. Even the pool man and gardener were very friendly. Having the transfer to and from the airport and the car hire arranged for us was so helpful. A hire car is certainly needed because of the location of the villa, but that location itself being so private and in such a lovely location made the whole stay a pleasure. Don't forget to walk up the volcano, the views from there are amazing. If we'd known the pool man was coming we could have gone out to let him get on with things but he was a lovely man and got on with things without interrupting us.

Lovely Villa

Great accommodation, super pool , lovely views in a quiet area. Amenities were excellent and everything a guest could need was available. Pool table was a bonus. Ideal for families. Felt very safe and secure and overall very relaxing , well equipped Villa. Quick response to any queries. The mosquito nets on the shutters were a great addition, however, there were a couple of holes in bedroom two and the studio which needed fixing. A new dishwasher had been installed, however there was an issue with the electrical socket powering it so we were unable to use. Felt the cost of heating the pool was a little excessive . Also a couple of minor issues that had been reported but could not be fixed for our stay. The toilet seats were loose and the sliding doors in the studio didn’t close properly.

Fabulous holiday at Casa Braeside

Lovely villa in great location. Very peaceful and private . Fabulous outside space and lovely heated pool. Villa has everything you could possibly need both inside and outside. We just loved our 2 week stay. Beautiful views of the mountain and the sea and islands .. just perfect . Only one small thing that disrupted the peace and tranquility was the very noisy pool pump! Very loud and just needs some insulation .. it was the only thing that we could suggest could be improved!!

Wonderful house near the sea. The house is located 500 meters from the sea, and it is divided into 2 apartments, It offers a wonderful view over the sea and the others islands. The neigbourhood is very peaceful and quiet. Jayne ( of the office ) is very available if you have a broken thing in the house.

Relaxing Holiday

The villa was smart, spacious and well equipped. The outside decking area, swimming pool and hammocks were the highlight. The views were stunning. The service we received when we needed assistance was good and responsive. The downstairs studio smelt like drains - the smell was coming from the bathroom. The pool cues were missing tips so were just wood. A lovely villa but there were some small issues, and overall we think it was overpriced when comparing to others we have stayed in.

Villa in quite location, shops when found, only 15 minutes walk away, with good choice of Restaurants and bars .Pool excellent, also pool table well used by us. Large outdoor area, management staff very helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had. Would book this villa again . More information on restaurants, shops, taxis, places of interest, also instructions for TV, and other electrical appliances .This could be in a folder left on counter at lounge.

The villa is perfect. There is a self-contained ground floor which was ideal for my son and his family and then we all got together on the upper floor. They have thought of everything and there was plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery glasses etc. Tv was good and was able to get my netflix on the couple of days we had the red sandstorms and the outside space is just wonderful. Aamazing weather and we were able to eat. swim and sunbathe outside. This space has been very well thought out and we all used it in different ways. Swimming , reading and jiust relaxing. The are is great and is very quiet. Not far from the lovely marina and the island itself has plenty to offer. We have never stayed in a better villa. Every area is utilised to it's best and lots of thought given. I'd recommend to anybody including groups of friends or like us grandparents with offspring and grandchildren. If I am being picky the floor sweeper was useless and didn't pick up well . With a young family we could have done with something better.....as with the sand.
