This villa is in a wonderful, quiet location. There was everything needed, including a welcome pack which was much appreciated. The only thing missing was trash bags, but we managed anyway. The outside area was the best we have ever had, with 3 seperate areas. All we needed was some sunshine!

Great villa, very well kept

The villa is well presented with up to date decor and was very clean. Lots of facilities and ample kitchen items (crocks, utensils etc.). The villa is in a quiet area, but the resort of Playa Blanca is only a 15-20 minute stroll. Service was great and very friendly. Would book with Villas Now again.

Villa Cantium, Playa Blanca & Villa Now

This is the third time we've returned to this villa, which says something. It's beautiful, clean but most importantly for us, quiet. Staff at Villas Now, attentive as ever, and especially Jayne, thank you for everything. What can you improve on, we thought and thought and the only thing we came up with was 'oven gloves'..... the point being, it's pretty perfect.

Recommended villa with pool close to town

Very nice villa located close to town. Not overlooked, plenty of outdoor seating and nice pool which gets the sun all day round. Spacious inside with proper kitchen and dining area. Not aware of the alarm when arriving later at night. Towels missing upon arrival and some issues with the TV, tablet and dishwasher which were resolved quickly. Umbrellas / parasols were available but heavy to move so perhaps a simpler way to provide shade would be beneficial? Maybe a little more attention to detail needed overall but the positives far outweigh the negatives for this lovely villa.

In need of refurbishment

A few problems to start the holiday Hugh hole in barbecue Patio not been cleaned No Pool towels When phoned John he sorted out the problems real quick New barbecue arrived , cleaner arrived to clean patio and pool area Also changed chair covers and sent us Pool towels from his own home Big thank you to Joh; nice house just needs TLC.

A very enjoyable stay

We were delighted with the villa and the support team. We just happened to mention it would be good to have some egg cups and were delighted when some were delivered an hour later.! We enjoyed the whole experience and look forward to returning. We couldn't use the chat facility on the tablet (it may be our age!). A hand rail by the pool steps would make it easier for elderly and those with mobility problems to get in and out. We found Cash Duplo round the corner had everything we needed and although it was a cash and carry it was open to everyone. May be worth adding onto the tablet

Amazing Accommodation and Staff

We loved everything about our holiday. The staff are extremely helpful and very quick to resolve any questions or problems. The accommodation is immaculate and has almost everything you need for an extremely comfortable and private stay. The location is great but would definitely benefit to hire a car. Just a few things would help: Plastic cups and plates for children to use (especially around the pool area). A new airer is needed for drying clothes (the one there has been taped together as broken). The headboards are not attached to the wall or bed so we had to move the beds down slightly as they bang with the slightest movement. The shower room door creaks (needs oiled so not to wake everyone during the night). The big space in the office area would make an amazing games room with a pool table and of course the outside area is large enough for a hot tub. Just a few extras to enhance the already beautiful villa.

Great property very clean.

We liked the little extras the beach umbrellas cool bags etc which were very useful when going out for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, quick response when we reported a broken shower handset replaced the next day. A couple of the locks got stuck a couple of times and may need looking at. Easy fifteen minute walk into town which had great restaurants cab only 4.10 euros for the cab back in the evening. We would recommend to friends.

Relaxed winter break

A great villa in Playa Blanca - nice and relaxing. Around 15 minutes walk down to the main beach front. The villa itself is nice and clean, the place could do with some TLC inside with a lick of paint. Perfect for families and groups of friends. Not that we had any issues, but I knew that if we did Jason or John were only a phone call away.

The villa was excellent, will return!

However there were two 'rooms for improvement' 1. The transfers were shambolic at best, both from and to the airport. Will get a taxi next time. 2. Sending details of security code for the villa on the morning we were travelling was too late.As it happens my mobile would not work and so I couldn't receive any e mails so felt quite stupid when we arrived. Only got in as the cleaner happened to be there when we arrived.

Hello Phil, Thank you for taking time to put a review on. I am sorry that you had a problem with the transfer. Normally they are very good, but it sounds like they may have had a small problem in your case. Regarding the directions and key codes. The booking confirmation asks for flight and passport details before you arrive as we then release the directions and codes for entry into the villa upon receipt. Our policy is to only release these upon receipt as Canarian/Spanish Law states no one should enter the property without first being registered with the Guardia Civil and as we had not received these we could not send the information until that point. However, I am glad that overall you had a lovely holiday and hope we will see you again in the future.

A great week in Playa Blanca

We spent a week mid February in the Villa and enjoyed an excellent stay. The villa is clean and well equipped and the pool temperature was a really inviting 28 degrees through the whole week. The walk into Playa Blanca is approximately 15 mins if you exit the complex to the rear, as opposed to the route you would take driving. The walk is also very flat. We tended to take a taxi back to the villa in the evening which is only €3:60 cents. Playa Blanca itself is a lovely scenic town with a great choice of restaurants. Would I go back....absolutely.
