Detached villa for vacation rental.

It has a private and fenced pool so that the little ones do not have unnecessary risks.

Maximum capacity is for six people, making it perfect for families with children.



It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home.

Outside there is a swimming pool, barbecue area, covered porch furnished with table and chairs and a large garden where children can play in peace.

In the area of Roche, very close by car to the beautiful coves and beaches of Conil de la Frontera, the house is less than five minutes drive from the different coves in the area such as Cala de aceite, Puntalejo and the beaches of Roche, and about 15 minutes from the beaches of Novo Sancti Petri.

Conil and its beaches are 10 minutes away by car, so you will not be short of options.
