Lovely little chalet near to the Glider Collection & Wolfheze LZs. Nice chalet park with parking options. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will be looking to book again next year!
Rustig park, mooi gelegen.

Experience with living in the chalet for 3 months
We stayed in the chalet with our two kids for three months. Overall, we were not happy with the place for the following reasons:
- The landlord and his family enter several times parts of the chalet (garden, barn, veranda) without giving notice.
- The internet connection was metered (max 5GB per day) and unstable. We were frequently without internet.
- The beds (particularly the double bed) were not real beds, making noise everytime you lied down and were easily breakable.
- Several things in the chalet were there to be broken so that we would be blamed for the damage (confirmed by the fact that the landlord withheld the whole deposit for damages that we were not responsible for).
- The small room where the children were sleeping was smelling gas because the heating unit was in there.
- The veranda was not fully rain proof.
We wouldn't really recommend this place. The camping and its manager were great though, and so were the neighbours of the chalet.

You knew there was no failsafe at the children's shelters, we'd said that beforehand. And yet you were almost surprised that there was no failsafe so we ordered two the same day you arrived. You also asked if we wanted to provide hands and bed linen because you didn't have enough space in the car for transportation. We bought that for you too. On 1st evening you had trouble with the fan in the bathroom because it kept running. You didn't like this. You asked us why that fan kept spinning. The fan reacts to the moisture content in the air and only starts running when too much moisture is measured. Because the fan didn't go out by itself, you fixed the fan with a pin and the motor burned out. This was established by investigating the damage caused in addition to the failure of the engine. The reason it was damp was because you never ventilated the chalet. Whenever we came by, the windows were sealed and the windows were fogged up. This was especially in the month of March when it rained so hard. Later, when the weather was fine, fortunately there were no more spokes from fogged up windows. Remarkable was that when we left the windows were open so you could say there was airing. The moisture-extractors that we have placed under the beds in the chalet have you removed for an inexplicable reason. It's true that a drop of water came out of the gutter when it rained hard. Doesn't seem like a problem for a porch with window sails. The central heating has been maintained in January 2020 by a certified fitter and we do not smoke gas air so that remains a mystery. Remains the fact that you pulled the curtains from the window in the children's bedroom, smashed the floor lamp in the living room and operated the window sash so hard that it was irreparably broken by you. You had 5GB of wifi per day and you could add 1 GB each time. Adding 1 GB could be unlimited. So unlimited. One of the reasons the wifi sometimes fell off was because of a lack of WiFi: I had put the hotspot (a telephone) in a place, in the centre of the chalet, where it doesn't bother you. Still, you had to put the phone in a different place with the result that the plug was no longer properly in place, causing the battery to run down. You also deliberately removed the charger because you were afraid of fire. Because you stayed for such a long time, we asked in advance if you would like to do any garden maintenance. Weed removal and watering, that's all. In the dry and warm month of May, the whole lawn had turned yellow, you admitted you had never sprayed. In short, we were glad you left and we were able to repair the damage. In the meantime, other guests have stayed twice and they were very much at peace. And last but not least, there was nothing we could do to stop the corona from breaking out and you'd have to stand by and watch. That was a big setback for you guys. We feel like we did everything we could to give you a pleasant stay, but in your eyes nothing was right. And yes, I came by every now and then to see how things were going, especially when we realised that you weren't telling the truth about all sorts of things. But I always signed up for the porch. If you don't have anything to hide, that's no problem. And when you asked to be allowed an extra day or two because you had to plan your return journey, we gave you permission to do so. Free of charge, that is. For which you haven't even said thank you.
