Located just 60m from the beach and 6km from Korcula Old Town, Eco Sunshine Apartments offer a perfect blend of comfort, sustainability, and stunning sea views. Recently renovated, this eco-friendly retreat features solar-powered energy, a private heated pool with a toddler section, and modern amenities across five stylish apartments.

Eco Sunshine Apartments provide easy access to all three types of beaches—rocky (60 m away from the apartment), pebble (700 m away), and sandy (1-2 km away) —making it an ideal base for exploring the island.

A major highlight of Eco Sunshine Apartments is the exclusive private outdoor heated pool, available only to guests of the five apartments. The pool features a separate toddler area (0.4m water depth) and is open from April 20 to October 31. Parents can relax on sun loungers while children splash around. Above the pool, you'll find a wooden sun terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun or practicing morning yoga with breathtaking sea views. Additionally, guests can enjoy two BBQs on the covered terrace, which also boasts a large dining table and stunning sea vistas—an ideal setting for socializing and creating lasting memories.

Enjoy a peaceful yet central location, just minutes from cafes, restaurants, shops, and more. Each apartment is fully equipped with 2 air conditionings, a kitchen, free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, and balcony overlooking the sea. EV charging station is also available.

For adventure seekers, we offer:

SUP boards – available to rent on the beach Prvi zal (800 m from the apartment house)
Speed boat rental – 250 €/day + fuel (license required)
New bicycles – 20 €/day
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 50 € per pet per stay.

By Plane:
Fly to Dubrovnik (DBV) or Split (SPU) and take a catamaran to Korcula Town, then a 10-minute taxi (cca 20 eur cost) or bus (2,4 € cost) ride to Lumbarda.

By Car:
From Split: Take the ferry to Vela Luka (2.5h), then drive 45 minutes.
From Ploče: Take the ferry to Trpanj, drive to Orebic, then take the ferry to Korčula (total ~3h).
Via Pelješac Bridge: Drive 45 minutes to Orebic, then take the ferry to Korčula (10 min to Lumbarda).

Sunshine Appartments are sunny, modern, clean and with the perfect view, so we spend here every summer and they are avaible all the year, so this is also the great idea to come here in the winter holidays or Xmas time :)

Quiet neighborhood

This apartment is located in Lumbarda, which is about 5 miles outside Korcula city. Comfortable, very quiet, lovely view. Would recommend.

Olive tree oasis :)

Fabulous place to stay to enjoy Lambardo. 10 min walk to great restaurants and the small hamlet, beaches. Wineries are also walking distance otherwise you can rent bicycles to explore further a field. I only had two days stay but I will be back next year for an extended stay one to two weeks.

Our stay

The strong smell of sewage in the apartment trashed away from the overran experience. While the apartment has beautiful views it should not be rented out with that odor.

We stayed in Sunshine apartments for the second time and were the same satisfied again. The location of the apartments is perfect, close to the beach. The apartment itself is very spacious, well equipped, bright, modern and clean. The owner is taking care of every detail, it is eco-friendly and we could notice that really considers sustainability. The surrounding of the building is beautiful, with the barbecue corner, swimming pool with beautiful scenery and a more private terrace if you want to. In addition to great place to stay you get a special treat from Vesna, who is always around if you need anything and brings a lot of positivism and attitude of everything is possible (also delicious pancakes). I really recommend this place, we will for sure return!

Excellent location with great outside area

Easy walk to water. Surprisingly comfortable pullout couch. Kitchen was not well stocked- no coffee maker! Air conditioner is quite small, so it was difficult to keep the place cool. We enjoyed the pool and outside eating area very much. A 15 minute walk to center of town. We are a family of four and while this unit was cozy, it worked for our 5 day vacation. Beautiful views.

When I was 20 years old I visited the island and instantly fell in love with it. Turquoise blue bays, crystal clear water, charming old town with its cute stone streets, relaxing mindset of the local people and green pine forests instantly grew to my heart. When the opportunity came to buy this house, me and my partner instantly knew that this is where we would like to enjoy our passion for the Adriatic Sea and pass it forward to others.

I keep staying without breath every time I step to the balcony and see a spectrum of stunning blue colours. I just keep falling in love with this Island over and over again, that is also why we make sure that your stay at our apartments is accompanied with tips and tricks that only local people are aware of - like for example where to buy fresh fish, which secluded beach to visit, where to get the best steak on the Island and the how to rent a small boat and exploring the secret bays of Korcula.
My spouse and I believe that what goes around comes around, so we give a lot of love and attention to many details in this house in order for you to feel comfortable, welcomed and safe.

Why they chose this property

When I first visited the Island I heard that people from all over the Island are coming to bath on the two famous sandy beaches in Lumbarda, Przina and Bilin Zal. That was my first clue that Lumbarda must be a special place.

Not so fond of the sandy beaches I was happy to discover many little bays with pebble and the naturist part of the beaches too. Many little islands reachable in a few minutes with the boat give even more opportunities to have the beach all for yourself and enjoy the peace and quietness even in peak season, so this is another benefit of this place. The water everywhere is so beautifully clear!

On the other hand you can reach Korcula old town in just a few minutes with a car or bus, so it's great when you want to go and have a romantic walk around the city walls or drink a cocktail to celebrate something special.

It was not easy to find a new, renovated house on the Island, so we grabbed the opportunity to buy this one, since it was not only new and with a private pool, but it was also decorated by an artist and had many fabulous colourful pictures inside the house. So many people say that they feel wonderful at our place and that brings us extreme pleasure!

We love the local beaches in Lumbarda, whilst trips to Pupnatska Luka, Racisce and Prizba are fantastic. The main road through the island is very good and getting to the little bays can be a little exciting but the rewards are well worth it! If you hire a small boat for a day engine and you can drive round the local islands. Most evenings our guest returns to their lovely apartment and take another swim in the bay before getting ready for a night out.
