These are two communicating apartments each of which furnished in a modern style and suitable for a large family or group.
You will have 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms plus a service one and beds for all the members of the group.
You will have the opportunity to stay together in the heart of the city


We are on the first floor with a lift.
The space is divided in an original and functional way for one or two families or groups. The entrance leads to the corridor with a great representation of the Ponte Vecchio ... you will be immediately catapulted into our beautiful city, this divides two rooms that can be used together

Apartment was clean, air conditioner was effective and the location was great. Elevator was a big plus for people that need help going up the stairs. The only negative was in one of the apartments with the spiral staircase the upper room with the twin bed the ceilings are very LOW! Hit my head a couple of times which wasn't pleasant. ( I am 5' 10'') so just use extreme caution and also on the spiral staircase. Other than that it was very good and again great location.

Best Ever location and Host

We rented 2 apartments as we were a party of 6.. Maria was a great hostess. Her apartment had fluffy towels and great linens. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. Easy access in and out. The elevator was just out our door if you are needing one. It is close to restaurants, shops and heritage museums. Maria was always just a text away. We were there for 11 days and she even came and gave fresh sheets and towels. I highly recommend her apartment’s.

One apartment had a spiral staircase that was difficult to climb especially with luggage and the bedroom upstairs was a loft that had a sheer curtain separating it from the bedroom downstairs so that it overlooked the master bedroom. Also the bracket that help the shower head was broken so you had to hold thevwand with one and will trying to bath with the other. The other apartment and two bedrooms with their own separate staircases and the only bathroom was downstairs. Both apartments were very awkward. And the check in link was sent to me while I was driving and required pictures of each occupant plus their passport information. We were a family of 5 in two cars so getting this information sent was difficult as we were traveling there. Park parking but it was around the corner so that was acceptable

Great Location

The location of this apartment in Florence historic district was perfect. We were only a 15 minute walk from any of the museums' and attractions in the historic district. Only a block walk to parking for our Van. You can drive in but then you will be walking for the local meals and attractions. We got our Van when going to wine tour and leaving town. Walking was a great way to appreciate all of the beautiful buildings and shops. You would miss this in a vehicle. You will need a phone with an international plan for check-in and completing Florence tourist requirements prior to getting a check-in link. You Don't get a key for getting in and out of building. It used an app to unlock doors. It has a small elevator that was appreciated even though the apartment is only one floor up. Even though one rental, it is 2 separate apartments. One is smaller and perfect for the couple that would really use privacy. The other is larger and were we would group as a family. The larger once does not provide privacy so if that is important to you find something else. For my family it was perfect and the host was quick to respond. It has a small washing machine. Italy used WhatApp all over so I would suggest downloading it prior to travel.

Florence flat

Property was somewhat smaller than the description lead you to believe. I would not recommend this for anyone over the age of 40 as the stairs to the upper bedrooms are very challenging. The ceiling height also restricted some of our guests some we are a taller family. Overall the apt had e you would need and was very clean.

Not a 4 bedroom apartment

This is a 2 bedroom apartment with dangerous spiral staircase and the loft was short and zero privacy only a sheer curtain. This listing is false advertising
