The Playwright is a fantastic local apartment in one of the best and most central Eastbourne locations. It is perfect for corporate stays or people having renovations done as it has a three months minimum stay.

The property sits just a few short minutes by foot to the nearest beach, restaurants, cafe, theatre and town centre.

Eastbourne has many great attractions with the beautiful South Downs at your foot steps as well as the famous white cliffs of Beachy Head. Be sure to venture up to these stunning view points on your visit to Eastbourne.

The property has a two-bedroom, two bathroom layout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is a double bed with a family bathroom of the hallway. Both bedrooms have access to the apartment's private balcony.

The open plan living/kitchen area is the perfect place to relax. the living area comes with more than enough seating for four people and includes a Smart TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering break and it includes a washer dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, freezer, hob, cooker, microwave and all the utensils you will need.

This adults-only property is in a quiet apartment block where neighbours like their peace, so please keep noise low. We ask that you pack your slippers and don't wear outdoor footwear inside, so that it both protects the floor and reduces sound transfer between the apartments.

Parking in central Eastbourne is operated with permit zones, however we can provide you with daily parking permits (ask us for details/prices).

This apartment must be rented for a minimum of three months.

Perfect location!

A very light and modern flat with comfortable beds. Perfect location as we like to be near the tennis at Devonshire Park, the beach and to have options when eating out.

Highly recommend this property!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Eastbourne. I stayed here with my son while traveling home to England after four years. The flat was well decorated and very clean. The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach! There's a great restaurant within a five-minute walk called Pomodoro e Mozzarella. Parking at the flat was very easy and we were always able to find good parking. The hosts were amazing. They made check-in very easy, very responsive to emails, and when we had an issue with the front door to the flat the host came over first thing in the morning. We would certainly book here again for our next trip to Eastbourne.

Absolute perfection

A fabulous apartment in every respect - even better than I had expected. Extremely stylish with all mod cons while also offering all home comforts. It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to stay there. Location was ideal too, being just a three-minute walk to the seafront and the wonderful Eastbourne promenade. Some useful local shops and several restaurants are a five-minute walk away. The local agents Exclusively Eastbourne were very helpful and accommodating - thanks to all for making my stay such a success.
