House Barlandus - cozy house 2.8 km from the center of Bruges - free parking

The house was completely renovated in 2019. Everything was finished to perfection and tastefully decorated. The house is equipped with all modern comfort to relax after a visit to the beautiful city of Bruges or the Belgian Coast. There is a sun terrace and garden. Free parking. Bus stop to the center at 400 meters. The center can also be reached on foot (2.7 km to t 'Zand, 30 minutes). There is a bakery and a Colruyt store around the corner. Free parking in the driveway of the house. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the cozy living room with lots of light and the newly fitted kitchen with bar table (additionally stove, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle). The television is a SMART TV. The house has a kitchen with a sun terrace with garden furniture and a garden. The garden is partially separated from the garden of the owners Katrien and Dirk, who themselves live next to the holiday home (no. 55). Help, advice or tips are never far away!
There are two bedrooms on the first floor. At the back a smaller room with bunk beds (suitable for two adults or children) and at the front a room with a double bed. Between the two rooms is the first bathroom with a walk-in shower (with hairdryer). The third bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower is located on the attic floor. The double beds are new box springs of 180 cm wide. All rooms, living room and kitchen are equipped with curtains and electric shutters so that people can sleep in the dark and never get too hot in the summer (not even in the attic under the roof). A child's travel bed with mattress, baby bouncer and high chair are available on request.
The house is decorated with paintings by the brother of the owner, amateur painter with acrylic (see https: // johangheyle. Uwweb. Nl /).
There are various shops nearby: a. A bakery at 280 m, a Colruyt department store at 200 m.
