This is the perfect location to visit Benalmadena / carihuela and surroundings!
If you cross the street you will walk straight to the harbor or benalmadena. This has the big advantage that you are not sleeping in the harbor where all the noise is!
Its only a few second walk to the beach! Does not mather if you go to the left or right.
You are walking distance where all the magic happens! Restaurants, bars, sight seeings, harbout.
The airport is only less than 20 minutes away by taxi

The apartment is brand new with all comfort. In the whole house air conditioning! A nice big terrace with a beautifull view.

This apartment will make your stay fantastic and we know you want to return asap!

Unable to use kitchen because of ongoing ant problem that the host new about and failed to rectify. The hosts solution was to reimburse us with poison to sort out the problem ourselves. Hotel next door plays loud music until 11pm in September also. Tv works intermittently. When you collect the keys from the supermarket the person who hands you the keys has no idea where the apartment is. Total disaster

Hi Jon, Thank you for your feedback. We already had some concerns when accepting your request, but we still gave you the benefit of the doubt and even arranged a free early check-in and late check-out, as this was possible. Regarding the ants: in Spain, ants are common. If the kitchen is not cleaned properly, they will find food. Neither my parents nor I saw any ants before or after your stay. My advice for future stays in Spain is to keep the kitchen tidy so this doesn’t become an issue. About your other comments: the information provided before your stay clearly mentioned that the hotel has music. The key collection process was also explained in detail — with the address, photos, and step-by-step instructions showing how to get to the apartment (only a one-minute walk). The provider we are using is keynest, and they are just a pickup point. For the television, as explained, there was indeed a national outage for a few hours which affected all users. This was unfortunately beyond our control. We take pride in our property and service: on Vrbo we “had” a 9.8 rating, and on Airbnb we are Superhosts with 4.93 out of 5 stars. We believe this reflects the quality of our accommodation. Wish you the best, regards, Michael

Great property in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Michael was very helpful providing us with the information we needed right on time. The property itself was fantastically located right next to the harbour which has some really good restaurants. There are beaches on both sides of the harbour and you can walk for miles in either direction along the coast. Everything in the property was clean, tidy and working. Lovely balcony which provided a space to soak up the morning sun and get some shade if required. Will definitely consider a return visit.
