Attic the White Terrace

La Bianca Terrazza is a splendid newly built Mediterranean-style penthouse in the heart of Salento, located in Alessano, an ancient village in the Capo di Leuca, the birthplace of Don Tonino Bello and just five minutes from the wonderful and unspoiled Adriatic coast of Capo di Leuca ( Santa Maria di Leuca, Novaglie, Funnuvojere, Ponte Ciolo).
The house consists of a large living area with equipped kitchen (pots, dishes, oven), dining room with sofa bed and TV area (Smart TV), two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds separable, which can in turn become a double bed.
The White Terrace is characterized by two large terraces with a view of the historic center of the village, with outdoor furniture, gazebo, solarium area and also the presence of an outdoor shower with hot water.
The house is also equipped with air conditioning, washing machine and sink area, outdoor shower with hot water.
