Un vero paradiso per chi adora il relax

Meravigliosa villa immersa nelle campagne salentine, in posizione tale da garantire privacy e silenzio assoluti eccezion fatta per i suoni della natura. Situata appena fuori Ugento e a qualche kilometro dalle spiagge di Torre San Giovanni, i suoi punti di forza sono il contesto di assoluta tranquillità in cui è inserita, l'architettura efficiente e di grande impatto estetico nonché la bellissima piscina come ben rappresentato nelle foto che corredano l'annuncio. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sin dall'inizio cordiale, presente e disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione e/o necessità. I servizi di manutenzione della piscina, di cambio biancheria e pulizie della casa sono sempre stati puntuali ed efficienti.
