Apartment located in a quiet residential area 200 meters from beautiful beaches both free and equipped with ample free parking, pine forests and playgrounds for children; we are located a few hundred meters from the city center easily accessible on foot from the pedestrian area / cycle path on the promenade that comes alive in the evening with stalls, street shows with many ice cream parlors, pizzerias and various attractions, the 60 sqm apartment consists of a large double bedroom with a 2-seater bed and on request also a cot for children small, a living room with double sofa bed kitchen equipped with everything and bathroom, in the garden you can have lunch under a straw veranda
