Holidays with heart, cheap apartment in the popular seaside resort in Tuscany

Newly renovated apartment on the 5th floor (without elevator) 4 people, extra bed possible, living room with pull-out sofa, very large bedroom, kitchen with dining table, washing machine, bathroom, small balcony with a view of the Tuscany hills. The apartment is very bright and about 20 minutes walk through parks to reach the beach. 4 bicycles are available. With the bike you are in 5 beach. The beach promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll and ride a bike. The weekly market takes place nearby on Friday. The disco can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The surrounding villages and hills invite you to go hiking and biking. Own bikes can be safely supplied. If required, we will be happy to collect them from the train station upon arrival. We are looking forward to your visit.

Amazing! Great host and apartment

We had such an amazing stay in Follonica! The host was very communicative and even fixed up a spare bike for us to use. The apartment was beautiful and super clean. I’d definitely come back to Follonica and stay at this accommodation in a heartbeat!

I signori sono stati accoglienti e gentili, la frutta di benvenuto ed è solo un dettaglio.., sempre disponibili sono molto a modo l’appartamento è delizioso e curato con amore, c’è tutto esattamente come a casa propria il 5 piano senza ascensore è un problema, ma nel complesso visto tutti gli altri benefit scompare, ci ritornerò mi sono sentito a casa e Follonica è stupenda .

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung die mit allem erforderlichen ausgestattet ist. Außerdem war alles penibel sauber wie wir es selten angetroffen haben. Die Vermieter und auch die Bewohner des Hauses sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, soweit wir sie kennengelernt haben. Alles hat funktioniert. Einziges Manko ist die nah gelegene Bahnstrecke. Die ist allerdings nachts wenig befahren. Ein romantischer rauschender Gebirgsbach ist auf Dauer störender können wir aus Erfahrung sagen. Schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Es hat uns super gut gefallen

Il signor Guglielmo e sua moglie ci hanno accolto in maniera molto ospitale, ci hanno reso il soggiorno molto gradevole. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e organizzato nei minimi dettagli, praticamente nn manca nulla. Ci hanno fornito le biciclette per arrivare al mare che è molto vicino e per girare in paese. Sicuramente torneremo. L'unica pecca è che l'appartamento si trova al 5° piano senza ascensore, ma dovrebbero mettere a breve l'ascensore. Il rapporto qualità è prezzo è molto buono. Consigliato

Eine schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht!

Man wird schon vor der Anreise von den Vermietern wunderbar betreut. Ob Ausflüge oder Boot mieten es wird einem gern geholfen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird! (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee und viel mehr) Die wohnung liegt sehr zentral und das Zentrum sowie die Strände erreicht man mit den zur Wohnung gehörenden Fahrrädern in kurzer Zeit. In der Nähe befinden sich auch mehrere Supermärkte sowie Restaurants und eine Disco die einen Besuch wert ist. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Follonica

Geräumige Wohnung aber nicht für mehr als 3 bis max 4 Personen. Die Züge der direkt vorbeigehenden Bahnstrecke sind sehr laut... Ist aber auszuhalten. Für den Preis aber auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl.
